I truly enjoyed it from beginning to end!
So many things happen in this one. There were twists and turns, some character growth, and some much needed groveling from a certain MMC.
It was filled with action, drama, lots of spice, and a bucket full of emotions.
The last book of this series and it gave the ending that I wanted. Seeing Scarlet grow through the books has been great and she hasn't been stifled by the guys in developing her darker side. I was sure how the situation would be resolved after the ending in book 2, but it was handled well, with real honest emotions and no instant forgiveness and trust. Loved the whole series, and especially this final one.

I’m a little sad that we never got to see the tank, but I love that it was still mentioned! 😂 This was an epic finale to this dark series. Definitely check the trigger warnings, but this series has been great from start to finish.

My boy Kenny! Sorry to the brothers, but Kenny is definitely still my favorite. He’s just the bestest boy ever! I was definitely worried about the others during the retaliation bit, but I’ll be totally honest and say I was worried about Kenny the most. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Hear me out on this idea, JE. A short story from Kenny’s perspective with all of the drama and trauma he’s witnessed. I can only imagine what this poor guy thinks about everything he’s been through. 😂 Pleeeeaaaase. Pretty please?? I’ll get on my knees and beg. I have no shame.

Scarlet shows some serious strength and growth during this book. She has a rollercoaster of emotions, but I loved seeing her embrace her darkness a bit more.

Julian is still my favorite of the brothers. I freaking adore how caring and attentive he is, even when he tries to deny his feelings. *scoff* We see you, Julian. We know.

Tyrone is as fierce as ever in this one. I did love getting to see more one on one time with him and Scarlet. He’s protective and controlling, but the tender moments he has are what shine through.

Cristian. After the ending of the last book and the beginning of this book, I really had no idea how he was going to come back from it all. He really did step up, though. I’m so happy he admitted to his mistakes and owned up to it. He really grew during this book, and it was great to see.

I love and hate when series ends. I could have happily read another hundred or so pages of these characters. Hands down 5/5 stars for me. I’d give it a 3/5 spice rating.

I did receive an ARC, and this is my honest review. 💜

Overall this was a solid series. Definitely some dark elements so make sure to read the triggers. As with most series lately, it seems like the conclusions are kind of anticlimactic and obvious. This book was no exception.

Scarlett easily forgives Christian after he kidnapped her, removed her IUD and raped her. I know she’s had a lot of trauma in her life but I really would have liked her to leave those brothers behind. As it is, they all magically fall for her after treating her terribly but with a little kindness and some presents all is forgiven.

I also would have liked to have seen this relationship grow more and see the birth of their son but the story kind of just cuts off after they all move into a mansion with Scarlett carrying Christian’s baby.

I’d read the first two books, but skip this one since it’s basically Christian screwed up beyond what any woman should forgive, they get attacked by a rival family, Christian almost dies saving Scarlett but he pulls through and they all live HEA.

Psycho Saints is the third and final book in the Psycho Mafia Series. It is a dark, why choose mafia romance that includes trigger warnings that should be heeded.

I really enjoyed this series, but will admit that there were a few scenes that I skipped due to my own triggers. This third book was definitely darker than the first two.

I loved all the action, the emotion, and of course the steam! I also loved the Character growth that we see in this book, as well as a certain someone trying to earn back trust from everyone after his major deceit. In the end they do get their hard won HEA, which was perfect.

The writing, flow, and pace of the story are fabulous, as are the plot, storyline, storytelling, characters, character development, relationship development, and world building. If you like ‘em dark and complex then I’d absolutely recommend this series.

Well, that was all a bit... anticlimactic.

So, I'll start with the biggest point first.
At the end of this book, Scarlet says she rose like a phoenix from the ashes and became something new.
Seriously? She herself hardly did anything. The first book was almost entirely non-con as they took her as their play thing. Considering she was a spitfire who didn't bend easily, they began to get a bit more curious about her, realizing she was different, before she and Julian were kidnapped.
The second book was them getting to know each other a bit better and deciding that they may want her to stick around longer than the one month term they originally set up. Cristian broke her trust, and she wasn't sure what to do anymore.
This book was them basically trying to win her over, show how they'd be there for her and how life would be if she agreed to be theirs. At one point, they arrange for her to get revenge on someone, which you think would be a huge pivotal point for her. According to the book, it is. Yet, it's a fade to black scene. The author already made this book this dark. Why cut it off there? It really took away from the story, in my opinion. Scarlet is supposed to have transformed in that moment, become one of them, and yet we don't see it. Not that I need to read a disturbing scene, but if it's her "rising from the ashes," it should be more than a footnote.
I just felt disconnected from the story multiple times. Obviously, the book is fiction, but it wasn't really that believable, either. I didn't believe Scarlet's personality or mindset until about 75% into this book. The first one was believable, the second was alright, but this one just seemed... off. She's strong for surviving what they put her through in the first book and for doing what she did during her capture by the Russo's, but I wasn't feeling it the rest of the series.

I read this trilogy knowing that the author was looking to do a special edition of them. The book she's envisioning looks awesome, but the story just wasn't enough for me to want to buy it, unfortunately. If she does go forward with it, I hope she has someone go through editing again, as well. It wasn't bad enough for me to remove a star, but there are definitely spots that need fixing.

Truthfully, I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. If they're specifically looking for a dark mafia with an unwilling FMC at first, then I'll mention it, but I'd also add that I didn't enjoy it enough to recommend.

WOW, what a way to end a trilogy! Psycho Saints absolutely knocked me off my feet. But before you dive in, please, please check the trigger warnings—this book delves into some very dark and intense themes that may be difficult for some readers.

Scarlet’s journey in this book was nothing short of incredible. She faces a whirlwind of emotions and inner turmoil, but I loved watching her embrace the darkness within herself. It’s clear she’s grown so much over the course of the series, and this final book truly showcases her strength.

Then there’s Julian... sigh. Still my favorite of the brothers. His caring nature, even when he tries to suppress it, just melts my heart. I adore his complex character—he’s the perfect mix of ruthless mafia boss and deeply compassionate soul.

Now, Christian—oh man, he’s a complicated one. After the shocking ending of the last book, I honestly didn’t know how he was going to redeem himself. But let me tell you, this book surprised me in the best way. Christian stepped up, took responsibility for his mistakes, and showed real growth. By the end, I couldn’t help but admire how far he’s come.

I have such a love/hate relationship with the end of a series like this. On one hand, I’m thrilled to see how everything wraps up, but on the other, I could’ve easily read another hundred pages (at least) with these characters. They’ve truly become family.

If you’re a fan of mafia stories, morally complex brothers, intense violence, and, of course, the cutest, most loyal kitty ever, then Psycho Saints—and the whole Psycho Mafia series—is absolutely for you. A dark, thrilling ride that you won’t want to miss!

What a way to end the trilogy. I’m going to start with reminding you to please check trigger warnings as this is a dark book with some triggering topics talked about. Once again this book picks up where book two left off, which I love. The FMC is hurt and at a loss on how to handle the news the MMCs just gave her. Two of the MMCs also feel hurt and betrayed by the third MMC. The hardest part is that the underground world stops for no one. As the MCs are trying to work through their problems, the world just adds other problems on top. Just as the FMC and MMCs are starting to get back to normal, all hell breaks loose. Someone ends up in the hospital. Then life takes an unexpected turn, but all the MCs are down for it. The spice is not as often in the book, but it is just as hot as book two. And the best part, we do get a HEA, but we get a lot of heartbreak before.

Overall 4 stars, 3 peppers, and 4 black hearts.

This was a great ending to the series. Scarlet has gone through so much during the month she’s spent with the Silvestri brothers, and she has truly been put through the wringer. This book (and the whole series) is not for the faint of heart. Check your trigger warnings, readers, because it’s a dark one. Cristian, Julian and Tyrone will never be “good” guys, but they sure are yummy! Scarlet doesn’t change these guys, but they definitely soften toward her and her alone. There was some amazing grovelling in this book, but I gotta say that I’m not sure I’ve fully forgiven one of them! Honestly, even with not enough grovelling, I’d totally stay just for Kenny 😉

If you’re looking for mafia, brothers who are more dark than grey, lots of violence, and the cutest, most loyal kitty anyone’s ever seen, then this is the series for you!

What started out as someone's play thing has developed into so much more. And I feel like this story has brought everything together for me. Especially with how she's now being treated. The guys dote on her and are showing a mush softer side than before. With spa days with her friend Noms and even treating her like there Queen but there are still some trigger warnings close to the beginning of this story Especially with what Cristian did and I wasn't quite sure if Scarlett would trust him ever again. Along with new challenges ahead of her but with the guys' help, Tyrone, Julian, and yes, Cristian. They become closer than ever. But just when you think things are looking up, you throw in that explosive ending that i just loved. It was so emotional, and i wasn't sure if things would be ok, but then you gave us this happy ending that just made everything woth while.

Yesssss!!!!

And...noooooo! It's over...completed...I want more!

So freaking good! The book was absolutely amazing. The series is so dang good I am sad it's over.
Scarlet and her men are a quad of crazy wrapped in a twisted sexy storm. From hurt to darkness to happy and humor, this series had it all.
The ending was definitely a happy ever after vibe that was sad because it's over but beautiful. I loved the process of this book and the process of change within each character and their haunted pasts. How the carefully danced with fire between trauma and bliss.
The author is absolutely amazing at getting you not to set down a book. All you want to do is read and then cry alittle when it's over.

Should you read this book? If you like dark themes, alittl blood, alittle crazy, and a whole lot of steam this series is for you. I highly recommend!

This was a great ending to the Psycho Mafia trilogy. Scarlett truly is put through the wringer in the month that she's forced to spend with the Silvestri brothers. With Christians betrayal, Scarlett doesn't know how to feel going forward and has to make a choice that will impact her future in more ways than one. Julian I have to say started as the one I hated the most since the beginning but had become my favorite towards the end. His character growth was great to watch through the series as was Tyrone's. There was a little bit of groveling from Christian but in my opinion not enough to make me forgive what he did before and after the stunt he pulled. Overall it was a great series and would recommend, but make sure you read the trigger warnings!

For the whole series:

Psycho Mafia Series by JE Cluney – ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Not usually my thing when it comes to why choose? romances, but with three short, fast-paced novellas and a dark mafia twist, I decided to give it a shot. And wow—this series pulls no punches. It’s brutal, raw, and unflinching in its exploration of trauma (definitely check your trigger warnings), yet somehow, it keeps you hooked. Gritty and intense, it doesn’t shy away from the darker side of love and survival. As for the HEA? A MMMF “family” might stretch believability, but in the world Cluney builds, I was willing to roll with it. Overall, a gripping read that delivers on dark romance expectations.

This book was definitely a wrap-up for the series and resolving loose ends and finding the HEA.

I just finished the third and final book in the series, and overall it was good. The beginning was a little boring — the first 40 pages were just Scarlet trying to figure out if she was pregnant or not. Once it’s finally confirmed that she’s having a baby with Cristian (one of the three brothers), the story picks up.

Even though she’s technically in a relationship with all of them, it ends up working out for her considering where she came from. She’s no longer treated horribly and actually gets the dream she always wanted: a safe life and a child she can love. Cristian gets that, too, which made for a nice emotional payoff.

Overall, it was an intriguing and interesting series, and I’m glad I read it.

This dark read has been intense from start to finish, and Psycho Saints was the cherry on top! There is a lot of pain between the main characters. Loss, hurt, betrayal, it is all encompassing and Scarlet and the Silvestri brothers have been through hell to get where they are now. Scarlett's growth throughout the series has all been leading up to what she must do in this book to get what semblance she can of a HEA. Since this is a darker romance, there are some intense moments amongst the heated moments, but let's just say, pure deliciousness! Overall, this book was a great ending to this trilogy.

I truly enjoyed it from beginning to end!

It was filled with action, drama, lots of spice, and a bucket full of emotions.
I think I loved Scarlet the most. Seeing her growth and strength, but also still being her. It made me proud.
Overall, I loved each of the men too. It was good to see some positive changes in them, even if only for Scarlet.
Great Conclusion!

The last book was packed with so much action and the perfect amount of groveling that was needed from certain pain in the tush MMC’s. The change in character from the guys was absolutely fantastic… We love the absolute devotion here. The book was the perfect ending to the series. I loved the continued feud between the rival families. The shootout was crazy! And my goodness was the spice spicing. I think my favorite part might be the HEA.

“My little pyro, look how brightly you burn” had my heart just melting. Still don’t have a favorite MMC, they’re all great in the end.

This is book 3 and the last of the series with the Silvestri brothers. It is a dark mafia romance. Scarlett had been claimed by the boys- Christian, Julian and Tyrone – in the first book Psycho Sinners. They’re not ‘nice’ boys. They are mafia and take what they want but each man is a little different, so it is a good mix. I love how the relationships change throughout the story as Scarlet gets more used to her situation, but in the end, there are still surprises good and bad. I enjoyed the entire series. I received an ARC copy from the author, and this is my honest review.

What a roller coaster of horrible decisions and emotions. This was...it was a lot of things, but in the end I enjoyed it. The action, the emotion, the spice, and finally, the growth in this book was just amazing. I didn't like that it all felt rushed, but honestly if you tried to add any extra details in there you'd eventually end up with a 500 page book. That's just how great these characters are. Highly recommend this series!!!

Psycho Saints by J.E. Cluney
I loved how this author just kept giving us one shock after one another.
How will Scarlet handle this new mind blowing problem. Will Christian redeem himself, which was a hard blow. I loved Julian’s heart. He’s so caring. And our lovely big controlling brother who seems in conflict about what to feel and do.
You have to read this series, it’s phenomenal! So glad I found this authors work.

A decent ending to a good trilogy. In my opinion this series would've been better as a Duet. This last book seemed to be repetitive in its internal dialogue. When it wasn't repetitive verbatim it still was because stuff was repeated but with different words. It felt like this book was just padding with a little new thrown in. Overall though I did enjoy this trilogy but I think Cluney's Mafia Bros trilogy was better cause I would reread it but not this one.

I really enjoyed the final installment for this series. Overall this was a pretty good read and I enjoyed the conclusion for the storyline. I definitely thought the guys should have grovelled more for Scarlett's forgiveness but I suppose love is blind and all that 😂🫣 ..This is definitely a dark romance and if you are at this point and about to start book 3 then you know why. If not please check the TWs before reading.

Wow, ok that was really dam dark. Christian is a very very comp!ex man. With his brain damage coming in to play so dam much. The fact that the monster side of him kept winning basically is kinda sad. I feel bad for him and Scarlet. That ending though was perfect. Especially for them. I was a bit confused on some reviews though. They said something about only having one baby. That's not even what happened.

Overall what they did in the beginning was horrible. Then Christian went back to that when they were all starting to change and trust. I get he is physically altered and struggles, but he could done things so differently. It was an interesting read though and I did “like it” but not what they did. I’m glad they all ended up happy but the things those men did wont allow me to give more than 3 stars.

This was a good ending to the series. Scarlett comes to terms with the life she can have with her men. There's plenty of action and steamy times. There is some darkness so heed the warnings. Overall this was a fitting end to Scarlett's story. I liked the way she inspired the men to change for the better. Their relationships grow so much. This was a good read.

I have to say, I thoroughly enjoyed this series. This is the last book in the series and a fitting ending for scarlott and the Silvestri Brothers. I'd definitely check the trigger warnings because it's a darker shade of grey! But it's so worth it. The brothers will never be the type you take home to show the parents, but I'd definitely sneak them in 😉

This was an amazing end to this story and it held my beard the entire time. Christian definitely messed up in the last book and I loved the groveling in this one. It had mafia war, heartache, trauma, unlocking of darkness, found love and so much more it even made me cry a bit when reading. I love everything by this author and can’t wait for more stories to come out and grab me by my heart
