Galactic Terror 6

The ruthless Ringdell Group is on the brink of seizing Flanterian, and it’s all because of Sparks and Reyes. The starship pilot and the brilliant strategist have one last chance to redeem themselves—and save the planet they’ve unintentionally placed in peril.

Outnumbered and outgunned, they lead an alliance of unlikely warriors—a determined force of gloyners and hadounds, who refuse to lose their home. Though far from trained soldiers, they possess something the Ringdell Group doesn’t: unyielding loyalty to Flanterian and a fierce will to protect it.

Victory lies in the hands of those who control the starinium mine. The Ringdell Group fights for profit; the defenders for their planet. To succeed, Sparks must out-fly their deadliest pilots, Reyes must craft a strategy against impossible odds, and Faz Went must risk everything in hostile terrain. And maybe, just maybe, Greeta’s mysterious role holds a power that could tip the scales—or tear them apart.

Total Score: 5/5

Summary:
As the fight reaches the end, our group of fighters are separated trying to find a way to defeat the Ringdell Group and save Flanterian. Reyes and Faz remain planet side to protect the inhabitants in spite of their distrust.

Sparks remains in the air to protect the world needing to teach the others who have little to no combat training.

Greeta is remains within enemy lines to find any secrets that could be used in their favor.

This was an incredible ride taking the reader inside the rebel ranks as danger lurks around every corner!

I just loved this 6th book in the Galactic Terror series, which brings us to such a satisfying ending, to what has been a heart stopping series. Flanterian is on the verge of an all out war, and our group of heroes are all out to do their best to remedy their mistake, that of giving up the palace to the Ringdell group. They want to undo their mistake, but they know that this will come at a great cost to all of them. They are all over the place, separated from one another, intent of doing their part in what they did best. Though in contact with one another, they are all still afraid it will be the last time they see one another alive. The war is very violent as the Ringdell group and the fanatics of the void set out to drain Flanterian of the last of the sterminium from the mines, as well as to bring chaos to the devastated planet. Can our group of very courageous and loyal friends and their allies save the ruined planet? Will all of them survive this war? I love that even the worst of the monsters is allowed to be redeemed by the end of the story. I found this space opera series to be thrilling, full of adventures and a very charismatic cast of characters who love and care for one another immaterial of their different species, and I do hope that though their time on Flanterian is now at an end we will still be joing them once again on further adventures on some other planet.

Galactic Confrontation Part Two – Michael Robertson This book brings together the ending of the war in the series. A needed resolution and explanations tie everything up by the end of the book. The series continues, and I am looking forward to more of Michael’s far-out space-fighting writing. If you like heck-a tough fighters, aliens, and lots of pew pew, this is for you.
