Another Great Addition to the Series
I have loved the Darkest Symphony Rock Band Series and with this book now front and center I have love fest with Charlie who is the bassist for the band. This was a sweet rock romance that pulled on my heartstrings with Charlie, Eve and Chloe.
Charlie did well with a big bomb being dropped on him. Now it was time for him to step up and be who needs to be for Eve. Chloe was a nanny prior so this wasn’t new to her but she and Charlie has some serious chemistry.
This was a rock romance that I highly recommend and I can’t wait for the next book in this series to come.

I am in Love!!! Charlie, (swoon)....the Bassist for The Darkest Symphony Band, thought he had it all until his girlfriend, Jennifer up and left him. Ghosting him, he knew he needed to move on but still held onto the past.
As he is sitting with his band members, a phone call comes in and chaos ensues! Unbeknownst to Charlie, Jennifer left with a secret and kept it to herself, even though he had tried many times to reach out to her.
When he finds himself faced with a life altering decision, it is not until he holds his sweet daughter in his arms that he knows he is home! Grasping being a single parent and grieving the loss of Jennifer, Charlie feels adrift, not knowing what the future will bring.
When he is given the recommendation of Chloe being his live in Nanny, all the blocks begin to fall into place.
Having closed off his heart to love, he surprised himself when he began looking for Chloe as well as Eve, not realising that she may have what he was looking for all a long.
A great romance story with all the feels that I read in one sitting. Picturing Charlie with his new born in his arms has the ovaries tingling! As a bad boy Rock star, he never thought being a family man was on his agenda. Watching his other band members settle down with children, and making their lives work in sync with the band touring and playing, he knew that he too could possibly be lucky to have the family he didn't know he was missing! Now he just had to convince Chloe!
Loved loved loved it!! Such a sweet, no dramas, filled with happy smutty moments story that leaves you feeling good!

Heartstrings Unplugged is book #4 in the Darkest Symphony Rock Band Series, and this is Charlie’s story. As bassist for the band, Charlie has watched as his friends and band members all settle down with marriage and families, feeling that being with someone and having a family is not in the cards for him, especially after his girlfriend Jennifer left and then ghosted him. After receiving devastating news regarding Jennifer, Charlie is left with a life changing decision. A daughter he never knew existed, though after holding his daughter Eve for the very first time he knew exactly what he wanted. Chloe steps in to help take care of Eve as a live in nanny. Charlie and Chloe have known of each other for a couple of years as she was a nanny for his friend’s children, but they didn’t really know each other. The more time they spend together, the more Charlie realises that Chloe is his person, the one to help heal and thaw his frozen heart, to let him love again. Their romance is sweet, and loving with a lot of chemistry! They are perfect for each other. A great addition to this amazing series.

Oh my god I won’t lie I’m at a loss for words with this story. But I am not loss on all the swoon worthy feelings and moments I had through out this book. Now I won’t lie I am in absolute love with this whole story!!! Charlie, (swoon)....is none other than the Bassist for The Darkest Symphony Band, he thought he had it all until one day his girlfriend, Jennifer up and left him without so much as a reason. Ghosting him, he knew he needed to move on but he still held onto the past. One night as he is sitting with his band members, a phone call comes in and chaos ensues! Unbeknownst to Charlie, Jennifer left with a really big secret and kept it all to herself, even though he had tried many times to reach out to her. But when he finds himself faced with a life altering decision, it is not until he holds his sweet daughter in his arms that he knows he is home!!! You all really need to read this book trust me it is amazing. You won’t be able to put it down just like I couldn’t put it down at all.

Charlie and Chloe have known each other on a surface level, for a few years, but a traumatic event brings them together under one roof, and the start of more than one new life adventure. With characters from previous books in the series, the book brings many good-hearted people together to support each other and Charlie and Chloe.
Both are good-hearted, kind, warm people, not your expected hard rockers and their women! In this respect, while these are likeable people, the book did not truly ignite for me. While I liked the characters, I didn't fall in love with them. The story is very linear, in a 'and then' way, and opportunities for more felt missing.
Overall, a good, undemanding read with a sweet HEA. 💖💖💖💖

This is the fourth book in this amazing series, and this is Charlie and Chloe’s story.
Charlie is the bassist in the band, and though he had it all until Jennifer leaves him and then ghosts him, leaving him to find refuges in his music. One phone call causes chaos, and his life tilts on its axels, as Jennifer kept a secret from him, and he is now a single dad to baby Eve. Chloe has been nanny to others in the band, and she steps in to help Charlie.
This is a beautifully written story, which has found family, friendships, emotions, secrets, chaos, loss, grief, humor, romance, soulmates, undeniable chemistry, and love, which leads to an entertaining story, which tugs at the heartstrings throughout.
I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.

Surprise surprise! Charlie is now a father to baby Evelyn. As a single dad, he needs help and he hires Chloe to be a live-in nanny. Unknown to him, Chloe has had a crush on him for the longest time.
As they spend more and more time together, it soon becomes clear to Charlie that he wants more than just an employer-employee relationship with her. As they take the first courageous step to be together, I cannot help but root and celebrate with them.
I also loved their promise to have no secrets with each other; and that Charlie is fully supportive of Chloe’s dreams. My favourite scenes though were definitely those with our cute family unit of Charlie, Chloe and Evelyn.

HEARTFELT!!!
This is a fantastic addition to the Darkest Symphony Rock Band series. The characters are incredible. Adina writes their story with passion. Charlie and Chloe have great chemistry. But secrets come to light that could possibly destroy their happiness. Will these two be able to overcome them and live out their dreams? I think Adina did an amazing job with this one. I loved it.
