Lachlan and Blair
Swoon!!!
Lachlan is the good boy of racing. Always willing to meet people, talk to interviewers, say nice and positive things, smiles, etc. etc. Unlike his teammate, who is the complete opposite..complains, nothing is his fault, etc. So it grates on Lachlan’s nerves to see his teammate, Oliver, treat his girlfriend like crap. She, Blair, works for the team and is a nice girl. She deserves better.
Blair works for racing team dealing with social media and events. So she has a pretty good relationship with the drivers. She has known Oliver for many many years but as the years go on, she is starting to see that she is not a priority. He belittles her and her job and everything he does takes the top spot.
Then one evening, both Lachlan and Blair find themselves outside a party, both wanting to get away from the hustle and noise. To their surprise, they enjoy that conversation..a lot. You have to read for more.
Love love Lachlan. To start, I love that he has a supportive family. Unlike some other racers, we get a different perspective with him. He was taught at a young age to respect others, especially his team. We cheer for the good guys. Then we have Blair, who is in a not so great relationship, and we instantly want more for her. Such a great read, such a great series!
