Whether you believe in the veracity and potential of technological advances in the field and reach of Artificial Intelligence, (AI), this book is a must-read--to introduce you to and provide an initial understanding of the potentialities and uses of AI. Both interesting and intriguing, it can also be characterized as alarming and frightening to learn of the ways that AI does, and can in the future, determine how our everyday lives unfold--and yes, how our everyday lives can be controlled. While older members of the population may not be as affected by the advances in AI, future generations need to be reading, studying, and remaining vigilant about how AI developments and capacities can determine how they live, die, or continue to exist. Highly recommended, not only for the technologically curious but all who may be affected by technological advancements.

Exciting yet a little scary
This book does a great job at exploring the past, present and potential future of AI. The narratives for how life could be with each decade of advancement was thought provoking. The book was fair in the what ifs of an AI future both exciting and scary . Very interesting read

A interesting read
I enjoyed reading this and the different perspectives it discusses. It's not all AI is taking over the world, nor is it AI is the most amazing thing ever. They provide a more hybrid reality and I found it intriguing. Definitely recommend giving it a read.
