They say obsession is a dangerous game—Kian’s just turned it into an art.
When Kian moves to a new city, he finds more than just a fresh start—he finds James. Charismatic, controlled, and entirely captivating, James becomes Kian’s obsession. But as Kian’s carefully plotted moves draw them closer, he discovers James has his own shadows, his own secrets—and a darkness that mirrors Kian’s in unexpected ways.
This isn’t just a love story. It’s a power play, a battle of wills where desire collides with danger. As the lines between predator and prey blur, and a twisted observer watches from the shadows, Kian and James are pulled into a game of seduction and survival.
In this MM dark stalker mafia romance, love isn’t just blind—it’s lethal. Will their passion consume them, or will their secrets tear them apart?
For readers who crave intense, boundary-pushing romances, “Our Wrong” will leave you breathless, unsettled, and utterly hooked.
"Kian thought he was in control, but the truth was far darker. He wasn't the hunter. He was they prey. And the observer? The observer was just getting started."
S. I loved it. There was something in the back of my head saying that the observer was James. It was just something tingling in the back of my head that just knew it was him and I feel so bad for Amy because she didn’t even do shit.

CHARACTERS (10 points) * Kian and James meet at a local cafe, completely by accident? So it seems, but all was orchestrated very thoughtfully. * In the shadows, someone is observing. * James is a detective. And Kian's most lustful obsession. * Like a predator, Kian plans each and every moves, such that his action will bring him closer to James. * I would personally loved more inside information regarding Kian (childhood, life so far, how he ended up the way he is). Also I feel that the characters fell in love too quickly? It’s just my personal feeling, I would have liked to see more progression in their relationship, but that doesn’t change the fact that I was intrigued by both of them.
WRITING (20 points) * Easy to read; * Plot set-up nicely; * Well described action with events that have a nice and easy flow along the pages; * “The observed” fascinated me. It is the first book I read, which has this third entity, who seems to know everything about the main characters and watches everything from afar, making the book even more suspenseful.
STRUCTURE (20 points) * Dual POV novella of 12 chapters, with well defined chapters that include a suitable amount action. * 71 pages Kindle.
VIBE (20 points) * Personally, I loved it! It was full of tension and I read it in one day! * The Observer fascinated me! I was so curious about who this character is, how come he knows everything about Kian and James. I felt like I was part of a thriller movie! * I cannot say much, because I would be giving spoilers, but this book really got me curious, I read it in a heartbeat, turning page after page, trying to find out how Kian and James’ story would finish. * Needless to say, I did not expect any of what was about to take place!
TOTAL SCORE: 80 (4⭐️)
FAV QUOTES “ He's overwhelming me, consuming me, and I love every second of it.“
“And in that moment, I realized it didn't. I didn't care how he got in, didn't care about the boundaries he might have crossed to be here. All that mattered was that he was here, where he belonged. With me.”
“Kian thought he was in control, but the truth was far darker. He wasn’t the hunter. He was the prey. And the observer? The observer was just getting started. ”
