Hello! I am a writer from Ukraine who initially started writing to distract myself from the routine of my day job and the events unfolding around me.
Though I may not yet be an incredibly accomplished author, I am passionately dedicated to improving my skills every day. My goal is to continually enhance the quality of my writing and the depth of the stories I tell.
Currently, I am working on an ambitious project – a series of books set in my own unique universe, titled "The Immortal Drunkard." This series is a labor of love and creativity, and I have already amassed a significant amount of text that is now in the process of being refined and shaped into books.
It's All over the place and I can't even tell if this was the end of the series or not. There is so little actual content and at that most of it doesn't meld well with the whole series. Also granted it's an interesting concept for a series it lacks a great deal of basic story progression first of all most authors start each book with chapter 1 but with this series it just continues onward. It's sad that the only thing that the main character gets stuck going from fight to fight and seclusion and never really develops significantly. It's a shame that the books were structured the way they were so much waste of time for the story line to just fizzle out. Sometimes I feel like this is like a playwright of the original Batman with Adam Wear. it's very distracting and honestly a bit cheesy. I feel like there is so much more that could have happened to make the series amazing, also why are people who are thousands of years old still called in the book a girl?
Amazing addition to the series. I enjoy how even tho the books end on sort of cliffhangers it’s a soft end. The author lets you know at the beginning of the last chapter the book is ending so you can start preparing for the yank back to reality. Mortykay certainly has taken us to many places and has shown us many sights. I look forward to volume 9 with anticipation of what the next stage of Kai’s journey will look like
This story of an orphan to greatness is fantastic. The end of this book has him learning that the master of his last place is coming to his new place and he’s on the committee to welcome him.
I think every reader needs to start doing this to force authors to write a quick Recap chapter, which readers can skip if they remember, and those who don't won't stop reading the series.
This volume focused a lot of development and time skips. Overall it was nice. It’s always nice to see how our MC develops and how he tackles his next crisis which will come via volume 9!
