"The Greatest Estate Developer" in English. As of Jan 29 2025, I am current on this series via Webtoon, episode 170. This is my favorite Webtoon ever. There's just nothing quite like this, the humor, the ever increasing, totally insane lore, the fantastic art. And now it's ramping up for it's finale and I'm just stoked to see what's going to happen, which is just impossible to guess.

Llyod’s reluctant hero journey continues with suspension bridges, academy investigations, and foiled plans to assassinate the empress. The system's increased skills and meddling makes these chapters even more surreal than what came before and lower the overall tension. In this format the themes and background ideals are only given glancing blows. Brother Julien and other Frontera family members call out their suspicious of Llyod but never directly confront him on the matter to change their connections. Still if you were already a fan, you will find more of the same entertainment here.

Something I've noticed while reading this series is how well done the pacing is. It's very fast paced and keeps things moving at a speed where it's just the right amount to fully keep my interest but not to the point where things feel rushed. Truly great writing and planning

I started this on a whim because someone mentioned in a comment that the fan service in it was for everyone. The artist apparently really likes muscles. So every character in the story has muscles.

Which is true. It is hilarious and doesn't take itself very serious. Which if you want something with some more meat, will irritate you after a while. For me it is just serious enough at times to keep me interested. But I will admit I mainly enjoy the stupidness of it all. It is just what I want at this time.

Before I started I did think it was completed so finding out it is on a hiatus is a bit of a downer. But I am not there yet (episode 142) so enough story to keep me entertained for now.
