This is a well written short novella with strong characters in Grant and Leo. The author brings an instalust romance with a steamy chemistry, moves the story quickly and smoothly with her descriptive scenes and delivers an entertaining read.

A college party, a friend offering for Leo to spend the holidays at his place, all seemed great, that is until the next morning when wakes up totally hung over, the place is a disaster, and he discovers the house belongs to someone else, and the friend who made the offer has vanished. A shortish but nice read, Leo and Grant made for a interesting pair.

Snow Globe is a short, sweet, and steamy virgin gets his roommate's stepbrother erotic romance. Leo is a young, sweet, relatively shy college student who has come home with his roommate Brock for winter break, only to be abandoned. Grant is a hunky gym trainer, and Brocks's sexy, older, gay stepbrother. When he finds Leo naked on his couch after a night of partying, he is taken with innocent, somewhat lost boy. He goes for a run, and when he returns, he offers Leo to stay for the break. Leo is attracted to Grant to but is also nervous as he's still a virgin. Grant is only too happy to take care of his needs. Will he and Leo find love as well? While extremely steamy and erotic, this was also a really sweet story of love blooming. Leo and Grant providing a safe space for each other to learn and grow and explore was amazing. I loved how Grant showed Leo he was enough as he was. Their chemistry was so hot, the flirty banter was adorable, and the ending was super happy. I absolutely loved it.

A very fast moving story, it really isn’t a love at first sight but more a lust at first sight. Circumstances throw them together and attraction takes over. Not sure about a HEA but definitely a happy ending. The story didn’t require deep thinking or a difficulty in following along it was more of a carefree, live your life, happiness that was easy to read and enjoy.

Leo Chambers is invited to spend winter break at his roommate Brock’s family home. Except Brock gets Leo drunk and when Leo passes out, Brock leaves him a note under a snow globe in the kitchen saying Brock has ditched him for a week in Atlanta with his ex. Unaware, Leo wakes up on Brock’s family couch to the sound of Grant Thorne, Brock’s older stepbrother, making a smoothie. They hit it off and Grant invites Leo to stay. Grant then begins a slow sensuous seduction of Leo, with Leo’s consent. Their chemistry is enough to start a fire.
Wowsa, this short story is spicy hot! Winters writes in a sensual lyrical pose that takes you into the moment and into the emotions of the scene. I thought Winters also did an excellent job describing the fear of being different in some aspects of society and the utter joy and freedom that happens when you let go of those fears and explore your sexuality. The book was a fast-paced page-turner with witty banter, entertaining drama, and passionate sexy scenes that will fog up your Kindle. I highly recommend this beautifully written new adult, college romance story.

This is a sweet and spicy novella. This is the story of Leo Chambers and Grant Thorne. Leo has come to spend Christmas at his roommate Brock's family home. Upon awakening from the drunk party the night before, Leo finds that Brock has abandoned him to be with his ex. He will be back for NY Eve. Meanwhile Grant, Brock's stepbrother tells him to clean the place up. Leo plans to leave the next day and spend Christmas alone. But Grant and Leo are attracted to each other. They decide to act upon it for one night. But what happens when one night isn't enough. This is their story. The book is written well and is easy to read. I liked the chemistry between the two. For such a spicy book, this is really a sweet romance.

When Leo is abandoned by his roommate Brock over winter break and left with his stepbrother Grant, the tension between the two is palpable. Leo has never been with a guy, but Grant definitely turns him on, and Grant feels the same. After tip-toeing around each other with innuendos and promises of the night to come, they begin ticking off Leo’s “first times”, Grant thinking Leo is leaving in the morning. But Leo has a surprise, as does Grant, and the one night is just the beginning.
Not a lot of plot, but a quick read with plenty of steamy times as Grant plays teacher to newbie Leo, beginning to fill the fantasies of both and leaving what is to come next to the imagination of the reader.

In short, Grant and Leo are placed in a situation that provides virgin Leo, the opportunity to enjoy some exclusive lessons from Grant. This super spicy read showcases Winter's blend of high heat and honesty which is so suited to his amazing characters. However, here it's the insta love chemistry smouldering through the pages like a concupiscence incense stick that makes this an unusual feat for a novella and a one stop read.

Alex Winters' stories just keep getting better. But they are too short! Leo and Grant are both sweet young men and I wanted more about how they go on.
The descriptions of Leo's sexual awakening with Grant are deliciously hot. It is a perfect fantasy of what might happen if a virginal man is left behind in the home of an attractive, more experienced man. There isn't much plot, but the promise of a plot to come. How about a sequel and a full-length novel, Alex Winters?

"It's nice, to make a fantasy come true at last, isn't it?"
Short, sweet but steamy novella that's more like the beginning of a love story than the full story. I liked Grant, especially his interactions with his work buddy, and his comments about his family. I didn't feel like I was able to get to know Leo at all, though, which is too bad. I believe this is a good start but there should be more. Clearly they have great chemistry but since the entire story takes place in just 24 hours, it's not long enough to make any hea ending believable. And forget about any actual plot. Over half the book is pure sex. It even skips their afternoon together where they supposedly were getting to know each other. Maybe one day Alex will take this meet-cute and expand it into a full story. That would be fun.

Leo was supposed to spend his winter break with his roommate Brock at his parents' house. Only to wake up hungover and alone except with Brock's stepbrother, Grant. The parents were away on honeymoon, and Brock's cheating ex came back and Brock left with her. Leo and Grant were attracted to each other and got to talking... and other things. Not much heat or passion. There was an almost casualness to it. Not my favorite by this author, but okay. 3 stars.

"Snow Globe" by Alex Winters is a great, hot, spicy novella. It has all the things I love about Alex Winters books. The characters are great with awesome chemistry. The story draws you right in and keeps you engaged until the last page. I can't wait for more from Alex Winters.

This is a cute romance between two people on their own over Christmas break. Leo a college student goes with his roommate Brock to his parents, but his parents are away. Leo wakes to find Brock went to Atlanta with an ex and his stepbrother making a smoothie. The story is witty, steamy and fun to read.

Leo woke up hungover with a sexy stranger Grant chastising him. In this sweet little novella, Grant helps Leo solve his pesky abstinence problem by introducing the young, innocent Leo to the ways of love, gaining themselves boyfriends. It's short but sassy. I received a copy of this through Booksprout and this is my voluntary opinion.

A simple yet well thought out storyline that was beautifully written. I was completely hooked from when Leo wakes up on his roommates parents house (after he abandons him) and sees Grant watching him. Lovely steamy chemistry between them made this a nice and thoroughly entertaining read. Thank you Alex, yet again 😜.

Leo thought he was spending the holidays with his roommate and his roommates family. Turns out the only one there is his roommates stepbrother who allows him to stick around. And that turns out to be okay as they have good chemistry and enjoy spending the holidays together in a way that neither expected.

This very short novella takes place in roughly 24 hours. Grant and Leo are thrown together but Grant's stepbrother. Instalust ensues and they are both totally smitten. It was ok. I'd give it a 3.5 to a 4.
