A family secret buried for generations is about to rise.

1920 Love, Betrayal, and a Vengeful Spirit

Helene Wyndham was hopelessly in love with her charming cousin, Paul. When their father died, Paul saw a chance to seize the entire family fortune. He manipulated Helene into a sinister plan, unaware that Paul's ambition included murder.

When Helene uncovered the horrifying truth and threatened to expose him, Paul silenced her forever. But he could not silence her spirit. Helene’s burning desire for vengeance remains, trapped within the walls of the grand family estate, Rose Falls.

Modern A Dangerous Inheritance

Sasha Berry Wyndham, a modern descendant, is stunned to inherit the crumbling Rose Falls in southern Mississippi. Eager to restore her legacy, she moves in with her boyfriend, Adam.

The enchanting estate quickly casts a spell, but as renovations begin, the air grows cold. The ghost of Helene is growing stronger, her decades-old rage intensifying. As Sasha prepares for a lavish grand opening ball, she slowly uncovers the dark, murderous history of the Wyndhams.

The party is planned. The guests are invited. But as the night approaches, one question

Will the guests be the living... or the dead?

ROSE FALLS is the first gripping installment in M.L. Bullock’s new series, blending Southern Gothic mystery, family saga, and supernatural terror. Perfect for readers who love haunted house fiction and thrilling generational secrets.

not her best book

I’ve read almost every series monica has written. So far this isn’t my favorite. I read on kindle and the last 15% was very repetitive. I kept thinking i was rereading the same page but i wasn’t. If this last part was cleaned up a bit it would be a better read

Repetitive

I an sorry but, all the new books MS Bullocks has written repeat it self so much that its ridiculous. MS Bullocks earlier books and a flow that built you up to continue to read. Now one e she get to a certain point she deleted herself until the end.

I have to admit I could not finish this book. There seems to have been no editing done at all.

Great book!

This is another great story from ML Bullock. Sasha inherits an old house and with it an evil that threatens to consume her.
