Surprisingly good! I grew up with a family that was deeply devoted to witchcraft, and they have a lot of sighs to give over many of the “let’s make witchcraft Accessible” articles, due to things being turned from religion to sport. This isn’t that! This covers a lot of the angles of both spiritual and religious practices, with a look at the historical side of things and the modern tools most used in Witchcraft. A good read for any new interested person!

this is a short and impressive read. you can read it in 1 day. i was very surprised at how thorough and beginner friendly this was. it covered absolutely all the bases and it also gave you multiple perspectives from various interviews that they conducted. lastly, it was a pretty positive read. there is absolutely nothing in there that condones harming people or things.

A quick and interesting read! I enjoyed learning about the history of the witch trials, and different types of witchcraft. I had no idea that the first American witch hunt actually occurred in Connecticut, not Salem!
Most of the information on Modern Witchcraft I already knew, however there was additional insight that I found helpful! I will definitely refer back to this magazine in the future. Would make a wonderful gift for anyone starting out on their journey.
