Filthy, ruined, and left for dead. What a perfect birthday gift.
Four powerful, mythical men want to claim me as a sweet but possessive light pegasus, a reclusive and scarred bear shifter, a deadly, twisted dark pegasus, and an unhinged imp shifter with a soul as fractured as mine.
They’re everywhere I turn—wanting me, loving me, protecting me—no matter how hard I push them away.
But they don’t understand that I can never be theirs. That I can’t accept our bond, that I can’t accept them.
The night my father orchestrated my so-called “initiation,” something inside me broke. A part of me that can never be mended, no matter how much they try.
I can’t acknowledge our mate bond because I can’t bear to be touched. My choice was taken from me, leaving me broken and shattered, a shell of who I once was. And in my struggle to reclaim my life, the only way I know to protect myself is to retreat.
But when a stalker starts leaving a trail of blood in my name, I’m forced out of hiding and into their arms. My mates want me whole. They can’t accept the pieces I offer—not forever.
It feels easier just to let the darkness consume me.
Don’t Touch is the first book in the Not All Men trilogy. It’s a glacial-burn paranormal why choose romance, that contains possessive men, a snarky, coming into herself heroine, and a familiar world full of shifters, danger and excitement.
Please read the author’s note within for content disclosure—or you can find it on my website.
Letty Frame is an English paranormal and omegaverse reverse harem romance author who writes the kind of fated-mates stories every broken soul deserves. With big feelings, fierce men, and heroines who rise from the ashes, #whychoose has become her guiding motto. Navigating chronic illness and mental health, Letty’s life is chaotic but perfect—and that messy, beautiful honesty lies at the heart of her stories. She writes broken characters, fate-driven romances, and hard-won happily-ever-afters that no one resents them for… except, arguably, their author. After all, what could a mentally ill romance author want more than a happy ever after? A traumatised, emotionally devastating journey to earning it.
DNF at 40%. The FMC was the most awful person ever. I felt no sympathy for her AT ALL. There is a difference between being hurt, broken and lashing out and just a straight up Bitch. By the 25% mark I was hoping someone would touch her just to piss her off. Ugh! Couldn’t continue.
What do you mean the second book isn't out yet?!?!
Y'all, I was hooked. Stayed up past bedtime, woke up early, and was almost late to work because I couldn't stop reading.
This is a slow burn and this book deals with Maeve beginning her healing process and wow she has been put through the ringer. I think we've met all her mates in this book and we see some trust and affection forming, but the girl literally has a hard time calling people friends, so don't expect any physical affection anytime soon.
I'm reeling from the ending. It isn't a cliffhanger, but definitely a mic drop. I'm hella looking forward to the next book and determined to read something else by this author now. I can't believe I've been sleeping on them so long!!
I enjoyed this book overall and I think it will end up being a great series, but for me the introduction moved very slow. I totally understand why the focus was manly on Maeve and the guys were more background characters for a lot of the book, and trust me she deserved the attention, but so much of the story felt drawn out. The ending picked up and we actually got some story progression which I enjoyed and it left me wanting to know more so I'll definitely be back to this series.
I wish they made the FMC just a little less absolutely horrific in the first half of this book. Do not get me wrong there are reason she is the way she is but the abuse she hurls at everyone is just too extreme, there are times I can get why she does things and others appear almost as if it is a caricature of a traumatized person.
I still want to give this a 4-5 start because by the last 20% of the book I was finally coming around to liking the characters and the story but for the other 80% I was constantly debating if I could even finish it.
I loved the broken and traumatiued FMC, Maeve, and her snarky comments, and bad attitude. The guys are interesting especially Lucifer who is a total psycho and the big teddy bear Draven. I'm yet more reserved about Julian and Hadrian. Be careful, big trigger warning here! I can't wait for the next book!
I received Don't Touch in return for an honest review as part of the tour hosted by Chaotic Creatives.
I ended up devouring this one it was impossible to put down and even when I had to it was constantly on my mind. I just loved Maeve she's got some issues but I think that's what her so relatable because she wasn't perfect. Her men are perfect they complement her in their own unique ways and together it just works. I think Lucifer might be my favorite as he's a little twisted and dark. However, they all bring something to the group.
I found the characters easy to connect with and the story captivating. I enjoyed the story it was beautifully written with engaging characters that you can't help falling in love with. I ended up finishing in less then 24 hours after staying up late to finish. I just couldn't put it down and now I have a bit of book hangover.
This is my first book by the author but I'm obsessed I love a paranormal why choose with broken characters it's my favorite. I'm hooked and can't wait to get my hands on the next one because the cliffhanger was well done and left me dying for more. In the meantime I plan to read her back list because I enjoyed this one so much. Highly recommend for fans of why choose romance this one might be my favorite of this year. I just loved it so much it was just what I've been needing.
The beginning 20% I didn’t think I would be able to finish it.
I understand the hate for men that Maeve has because of her past and current traumas. However, it seems that the male characters are all written to be unlikable and insufferable. Even their own POVs are written in a way that makes it seem like men are the worst
As the book progresses the male characters become better. Their POVs improve as does Maeve’s initial reactions to them.
I enjoy all the different personalities that are presented. And that Maeve isn’t the only one with trauma or baggage. And how they’re all working through their own things.
Lucifer just might be my favorite. Because he’s chaotic and unhinged. But Draven may have him beat once we get more POVs from him. I’m on the fence with Julian and Hadrian. But they have the potential to grow.
This is a slow slow burn. And will take a long time to progress. But that makes the trauma and healing even more impactful. Because it’s fully delved into. And not just glossed over.
Overall I’m interested in what happens next in this series. I received an ARC for free. I am voluntarily leaving this review.
As a rule, I love Letty Frame. But this character!! Wow❗ she wound me up from chapter 1. While I understood that she's ‘damaged’ Hats off to Letty for writing such a rude, condescending creature who cheeses me off so much I had to put my raider down, she made my blood boil that I had to DNF. Sorry Letty x
I absolutely love Letty Frames writing. Her characters are unique and she makes you feel what they feel, tugging on your heartstrings, Don't Touch was no different, and Maeve's story is dark and the men who want her have to prove there worth. I cant wait
This is a tough one for me to rate and review. I'll preface with this being my first book by the author. It was definitely a case of I signed up to ARC based on the tropes alone, and I feel if I had gone in having known the authors previous works and get a feel for her writing style, it may have changed how I feel about this story.
There were parts of this that I absolutely loved - that Maeve was so strong and so resilient given what she went through, that she was trying her best to constantly stand up for herself and keep those she perceives as threats at arm's length. But I also feel this was slightly a downfall, too. At times, it was almost too much, and her almost aggression became a concern if she would be able to grow as a character.
I understand this is a book about healing from trauma. Everyone's experiences with trauma are different. I genuinely love that this book is so raw in the sense of how one grows post events and learns to live post trauma. The healing aspect of the narrative is honestly so amazing, and I enjoyed it.
But on the flip side, this is a big book. It was a lot. There were multiple points where I actually wondered if I was going to be able to finish - and knowing this author writes in trilogies? Makes the narrative feel even longer. Yes, such a slow burn is necessary for Maeve's healing. And let's face it, the men in this book are actually kind of unlikeable at times. But they earn their forgiveness and work towards being better people.
In line with the comment of the length/pacing of the book -- this isn't a slow burn. It's a glacial burn. For those who are thinking "ooh, slow burn OV, I'll still read it cause it's OV and has spice" - turn around now. This book is zero spice; all just set up for the next book of Maeve's series. That's not to say it isn't good; the tension and the learning to trust is just so on point for someone who's been through such traumas as Maeve. But I also don't want people entering this book without being aware.
I definitely feel this is a series that will impact better once it's complete, and I can sit and read them all in one go, to get the full impact of Maeve (and her men's) growth as they heal, and love.
Thank you to the author and @chaoticcreativeservices for the eARC opportunity. These are my honest thoughts that I have provided voluntarily.
I received Don’t Touch as an ARC, and I’m so glad I did! I’ve never read anything by Letty Frame before, but this book hooked me in right away. Her writing style flows so beautifully, and I’ll definitely be keeping an eye out for more from her.
Let’s be honest, I LOVE a good reverse harem—why choose, right? It’s exactly my thing. Seriously, if I could have all these guys in love with me, I’d be in heaven. But I do have to say, the introduction moved a little too slow for me. I get that the world-building and Maeve’s character needed space to develop, but girl, I was itching to meet the guys sooner! Plus, the slow burn? TORTURE. Maeve’s trauma explains it, but wow, I felt frozen waiting for things to heat up.
Speaking of Maeve, she’s a strong, relatable character. Her hatred of men at the start made total sense given her past, though at times it was a bit much for me. I had moments where I wondered if I’d fully connect with her, but as the story unfolded, I saw her resilience and her growth, and that won me over. She’s got her flaws, but that’s what makes her feel real (even though she’s a shifter, not exactly human 😉).
Now, let’s talk about the guys. OMG. Lucifer. Tall, dark, handsome, morally grey… chaotic, unhinged—my kind of character. I’m obsessed. He stole my heart, and I’m not even sorry. Draven is a close second; I’m sure in the next book he could become my fave too. Julian and Hadrian were great, but they felt more like supporting characters in this one.
The way trauma and healing are handled in this book? Incredible. Letty Frame did an amazing job of balancing tough topics without making it too triggering. Maeve’s journey is one of self-acceptance, growth, and healing, and it’s so powerful to witness.
THE CLIFFHANGER THOUGH. I’m screaming. I need the next book ASAP because I cannot handle not knowing what happens next!
This is one of those books where it’s almost impossible to write a good review, because words don’t suffice to truly explain the impact of the story. I’ve read multiple books, over a lot of years, where characters are struggling with trauma, but this is one of those stories where you truly feel the impact on their current lives. I also love the fact it’s not only our fmc in “Don’t Touch” who carries a troubled past with her, but how you can see a lot of characters going through the process, all in a different way.
I sincerely believe this book has the biggest impact if you can read it with as little breaks as possible. None of these characters are perfect, but the author created the perfect atmosphere to understand where the characters are coming from when they put up walls, decide to push other people’s buttons or act harsh and cruel towards others. It’s a way of coping that might be unhealthy, but once you’re in the story it makes total sense and truly makes you see behind their walls to the hurt that’s lying there. Once you put down the book too many times, that atmosphere leaves you and it might be harder to love these characters the way they deserve.
While I truly love Maeve, I have to admit it’s some of the men who really stole my heart. They are truly the men who put fear in everyone’s hearts, but become putty in the hands of their woman and seriously; I love them for it. They are precisely what Maeve needs now, and I believe the other two will be the balance she needs once she starts healing.
I truly loved this book and I can’t wait to see what’s next for all of them.
I begin this review by pointing out that this novel deals with topics that are not easy and certainly not for everyone (among them sexual abuse PTSD) so consider whether to continue reading.
Maeve is a twenty-four-year-old girl who suffered when she was about to turn eighteen a traumatic event that led her to lose her family and end up under the protection of Adrian Graves.
She is a special shifter her species is endangered and therefore must be protected. Everyone would like her to overcome her past to further her mating bond but her fear of the simplest physical contact prevents her from fulfilling this.
In the novel we will see how her past still affects her life and how it unfortunately makes it difficult for her to even trust those around her.
Due to a series of events that I am not going to list here so as not to cause spoilers Maeve will decide to leave the establishment that has been her refuge for the past 6 years to go and ask the alpha of Phoenix Pride: Atticus, for help.
Here Maeve will have a chance to build a new life for herself but things will not be all rosy.
Here she will meet men in her path who will turn out to be her mates and we will see how they will respect her and accompany her on her healing journey.
Don't Touch is more than a regular omegaverse, it is more than a regular why choose. It is a novel about growth and healing. It is a novel about self-acceptance despite living a life that has been forced upon us by an event that has changed our destiny. First book in a series that I look forward to continuing. For all these reasons I gave it 5 out of 5 stars.
As someone who has struggled with touch in the past (for VERY different reasons but the symptoms were extremely similar) this was the worst character I have ever read about. Usually when reading about a character with trauma, even when they lash out you can find some sympathy, but not in this case.
She is just awful. Someone had to touch her to save her life? She tasered him. "How could he not understand I'd rather die then have him touch me?!" Uhm... maybe because you haven't told him? You want him to just read your mind or something?
I loved the Death is Easy series... but so far this is really, really, bad. Essentially the main character is the antagonist. The amount of bookmarks and highlights I made of her abusing those around her was crazy.
It's really hard to tell if the people that she says are really hurting her or if she is the problem. As the reader I felt really lost trying to figure out who I didn't like. But by the end of it I was pretty confident in naming her the bad guy.
Again, this review is also left as someone that couldn't be touched by people, even my own family, and struggled with sensory issues involving my clothes and other things touching me. And I know everyone deals with their own stuff in different ways but the way she reacted was insane. I was hoping it would be relatable but it was not at all.
"I mean, I'm toxic. I'm horrid to be around, I'm not nice. I'm selfish, rude, a complete and utter pathetic mess."
That's a quote from the main character and it pretty much sums up the entire book.
I'm feeling confused. DNF about 50% Contains spoilers
Maeve's actions don't match her trauma (sorry, but it is really hard to overlook this while reading the book). The way she acts and dresses - literally the book cover which looks like a sexy nightgown. She has past of SA and doesn't want to be touched or around ppl. She fears that her caretaker wants to breed her and is surrounded by shifters that need touch so their animal can survive. She literally has a caretaker until she gets mated, and does not have much freedom. She verbally lashes at everyone and appears strong and brave - Alpha female material but then she switches to the victim mode and appears like she truly does need a caretaker. I understand past trauma but a lot of it doesn't seem realistic for me. It is sad she thinks she is dirty and disgusting, and doesn't want any attention but then she wears what is described as revealing almost sheer dress....if she fears that she would be impregnated against her will I just imagine she would want to cover up etc.... also, multiple times she says she doesn't want to be around ppl but then she goes to a new pack and spends so much time woth new ppl. There is no consistency to the story.... I'm not expecting insta love and I love a book with a good word building but this seems way to drawn out and it makes me dislike the fmc. 3 stars bc the writing is really nice.
Trigger warnings exist for a reason, and you need to pay attention to that before jumping into this book. That said, the author (so far) has not used the past gratuitously but, it is very obviously present and not something you can avoid if you read this book.
The story is so freaking engaging and the main characters are absolutely endearing. I am admittedly a twit and didn't realize this is book 1, so now I pay the price and wait on tenterhooks for book 2 because Maeve absolutely needs more time in my life. This FMC is hilarious and b!tcπy in equal measure, which makes me adore her more. The 3 guys are sweet to Maeve but with that "charred earth is my favorite scent" energy that makes them perfectly intriguing. Julian is a confused little bundle that needs way more unpacking ( so white hat but I have a feeling he would light the matches).
The antagonists are a bit plentiful so don't get too comfortable when doing out your dislike because you're going to need to share that disdain. Be generous, there are several characters who deserve your attention in this matter.
This story is pretty complex but the ground work is well laid. So far it's all oddly realistic in all it's fictional glory. Great pacing, great build up, attention grabbing in so many ways. I hope book 2 lives up to this standard because the series has potential in spades.
*Reverse Harem *Paranormal *Multi-1st-PoV *Dark Themes *Traumatised FMC *Variety of shifters *Fated Mates *Building Harem (4?) *Slooooow Burn *1/3 What a start 😍 Honestly this book ticked so many boxes for me 😄 the FMC has had a traumatic past (all of page) with some very triggering themes so do check, and the safety she was supposed to move into was completely undermined 😬 Shaping our FMC into the snappy, sarky and seriously guarded girl that we are presented with in this book! As you get more insight you realise her prickly exterior is to hide the crumbling girl whose struggling to took underneath 😖 thankfully after taking her life back into her own hands she finds herself surrounded by those who are willing to listen and respect the boundaries but in place ☺️ you get to see Maeve begin to take those healing steps for herself 😍 however there is the slight dilemma in her absolute fear of touch and how this massively complicates not only her life but those claiming to be her mates 🙈 Julian, Hadrian, Lucifer and Draven are all completely unique beings but you can see how they each add something to her life and bring different things out of Maeve 🥰 I never normally read slow burn, and this is glacial (as in no spicy scenes in this book at all) but honestly the storyline itself and the character interactions made it for me!! Very much looking forward to the next book 😁
from the moment i picked this book, i could not put it down. i’m obsessed! i love theFMC, maeve, so much — i love how her healing journey is progressing slowly. i find that in fictional books, the healing journey can progress too quickly so the fact that Letty Frame took her time with maeve made me appreciate it that much more.
in terms of the romance — we get the barest hint of it here (aside from finding out who her mates are) so currently i don’t have too much to say about the MMCs. i will say that so far draven and lucifer are my favourites currently. julian is slowly growing on me, and hadrien is too much of an asshole currently.
i have to mention my favourite side characters, ari — whose story i can’t wait to see play out — and atticus for the simple reason that he is better than adrian because he listens. i cannot wait to see theirs and nora’s friendships with maeve to progress in book two!
i will say that i don’t completely understand the world building here, but i still enjoyed the book. i can’t wait for the next book to see more of maeve’s journey especially given that ending!
Thank you, Chaotic Creatives for this ARC — which was given in exchange for an honest review!
I love love love a damaged FMC. Maeve is kind and so strong but her need to protect herself keeps her lashing out at even the slightest hint something might be off.
I really enjoyed getting to see more of Ari and Nora in this. Ari is an amazing friend and confidant for Maeve. She doesn’t judge her and helps keep her in check when she lashes out.
Draven is definitely my favorite as far as her mates go, Lucifer coming in hot behind him though. The twins need some work and have to realize their uncle isn’t the amazing man they think he is.
I wish I could shake Adrian. While he might believe he’s doing the best for Maeve he went about all of it completely wrong.
I love that Atticus saw that and validated how Maeve felt immediately. Dr.Abbott is amazing with Maeve as well - which could only be expected after Nora’s story. I’m excited to see Maeve lean into therapy more hopefully throughout the next books and get to heal the parts of her she wasn’t able to with her previous therapist.
I would highly suggest you read her Second Chances Series before this to understand a lot of the other characters and dynamics in this story.
I’m kicking myself for starting this knowing I’m going to have to wait for the rest of the books to come out but it was worth it.
*Don't Touch* is a powerful read that captures the profound impact of trauma on its characters. Unlike many stories, this one truly lets you feel how the past shapes their present lives.
Maeve, the main character, isn’t alone in her struggles; the supporting cast also navigates their own challenges, adding depth to the narrative. I recommend reading it in one or two sittings to fully appreciate the atmosphere and emotional connections, as frequent breaks might diminish the impact.
While I love Maeve, it’s the men in the story who surprised me. Initially fearsome, they reveal their softer sides and offer the support she needs. Their growth throughout the story makes it easier to empathize with them, especially as Maeve learns to trust again.
The diverse personalities, particularly chaotic Lucifer and evolving Draven, add to the richness of the story. This slow burn takes its time to unfold, making the themes of trauma and healing even more impactful. The author delves deep into these issues, ensuring that every moment resonates. I can’t wait to see where this journey goes next!
DNF at 17%. Maybe I'm missing out on a best seller here, but I couldn't connect to the story at all. The FMC's past trauma and current personality didn't seem very realistically aligned and she was a bitch to everyone. The relation between her fated mates and her legal guardian also made me a little uncomfortable, especially with Julian almost worshipping the ground his uncle walked on (and while I enjoy the lightheartedness of Julian's character, he seemed incredibly naive and arrogant). I will say that the variety of mythical creatures was quite fascinating (chromius, pegasus, imp etc) and not something you'd commonly come across. For me, the compound and how little control Maeve had over her life felt extra gross after hearing her backstory, and this definitely isn't for the faint of heart looking for a light read. The writing style and pace also felt really slow and dragged on, and the book definitely lost a few points on my end with the whole obsession over a woman's 'purity'. I might try this one again, but it's a no for now.
I literally have been waiting on this series to finish since the DAY this first one came out. I finally cracked and decided to just go for it and read it. Ohmygoodness I LOVED IT! Our Fmc is a one of the most spiciest characters I’ve ever read. She consistent in her issues and isn’t softening on them just because she found her “mates”. I will admit at first while I was reading I almost doubted her. When she talked about how so many people were against her. Actively working behind her back etc. I almost thought it was paranoia. She’s much much stronger than she thinks and I hope in the next books coming out we see her move forward in her therapy. The only thing that made me sad was how her mates think she’s fully rejecting them. Drav has his own damage but his thought about not being good enough..mirror Maveys. I HOPE the ice cold romance going on starts to thaw in the next book. PLEASE LETTY! It’s time for some touch! We need to save her inner animal!
Letty Frame writes such complex stories. The character creation is always fantastic she's never written an FMC that I've disliked. Maeve is no exception. She's a 23 year old, endangered chromium shifter. Her animal half thrives through touch and physical connections, but when she was a child she was traumatized and has developed haphephobia and is unable to bear and sensory touching from fabrics, water, ambience and especially pressure touch. This woman is just trying to survive, but there's a whole conspiracy to keep her ignorant and placid. Well not anymore! Maeve has figured out how to get free and she grasping that with every fibre of her being. Some familiar and friendly faces make appearances (All of our favourites from Nora's story, and Don't touch falls into the timeline of the third book) I was sucked into this book from chapter one and I really enjoyed learning more about sensory conditions.
Maeve…. Where to even begin. Maeve has truly been through the worst of the worst and years later still struggles with the emotional and physical tolls it’s taken on her. She’s a very rare shifter and her animal craves touch… the one thing she can’t stand. Maeve has so much to work through still and a long journey ahead of her. She’s tired of trading one cage for another. She’s looking for solitude and peace and instead finds her mates. They have a long way to go and a lot things to work through as a group, but I’m definitely looking forward to seeing how they handle what’s next. This is not a light and fluffy romance. It is real and it is raw. There are many struggles they are facing and it won’t be easy.
This is a good story but a hard one as our FMC is a prickly one, and it's for a good reason - she has been through some serious trauma and the people who have the responsibility of protecting her have repeatedly failed her. While Maeve was not always the easiest character to read, I did find myself rooting for her - you want her to find healing and happiness. And as she starts to find her mates, whom she thinks are liars because of her unique type of shifter requiring touch to solidify the mate bond and her not being able to touch anyone, there is almost a smirk there. I personally found some real humor between her and some of the characters and I'll be going back to read Nora's story - hopefully it'll help with the absolute despair that cliffhanger left me in....
Definitely read the triggers - this is not a lighthearted romance story.
I have been eagerly waiting for Maeve’s story ever since we first met her in the Second Chances trilogy, and this did NOT disappoint. If anything, Maeve’s story is just as heartbreaking than Nora’s was, just in a different way. Maeve deserves to have her enemies delivered on a platter for everything that she’s been through, even the ones who “took care” of her after she turned 18. And the Graves family? They certainly have some explaining to do! I love that we got to see some more of Ari, Alvie, Nora and her guys. I have been invested in this universe and I’m happy to report that it’s still just as amazing as it always was. The writing is incredible and the storyline just sucks you in. I absolutely cannot wait for the next book in Maeve’s story!
***Please make sure you look at the trigger warnings before reading this book***
Maeve is beautifully broken and throughout this book you are able to see her start to heal from the massive trauma she endured 6 years ago. This trauma haunts her everyday and you are able to see her grow and begin to accept what occurred and even start to heal in a very believable way. There is no insta-love or fated mates that instantly heal the main character from her trauma and she is able to accept them. Maeve really struggles with being around anyone because of her trauma and the idea of anyone as her mates has her freaking out. Especially when 3 of them share a last name with someone who was supposed to protect her and help her heal after the traumatic event.
I'm not going to gloss over the fact that I struggled to read this story, but I finished it, because I felt the fmc Maeve deserved it. This girl has experienced something so horrific that she has turned herself off from the world that she comes across as a first class bitch with a hateful, distrust of all men which you'll understand when you read the story, but she grew on me and all I want is for her to heal and let those men who are trying to help in, but it's a very slow process for her. She's found herself with a stalker and judging by the end of this book I think she knows who it is, but we'll have to wait and find out in the next book.
I'm glad that I kept reading the book as there were so many thing's that were happening in here.
💖Broke me in the best way possible! As someone who also struggles with touch aversion and sensory issues, there were so many things I related to on a personal level. The fmc was brilliantly written and so real & relatable. I adore her guys, and her new friends. But that ending? Holy moth balls Batman I was unprepared. I about died and now will be very anxiously awaiting book two. This book managed to have me thinking about trying therapy, wanting to strangle people, swooning, laughing, and all without a single drop of spice. The tension builds so incredibly well and I love that she is taking the time to heal and get to know the guys better - you can just tell something amazing is coming. Personally I cannot wait to see all the new developments in the next book! 📚
Maeve is beautifully broken after her step-father and a few of his friends "initiated" her into adulthood and has learned the hard way she can't rely on anyone but herself. A series of events leads her to meeting each of her four fated mates, she does her best to not let them get close as she knows she can never be what they need.
This is my first book by Letty Frame and I was immediately sucked into the story and I easily could have sat and read it all in one sitting. Maeve has had so much happen to her yet she does her best to protect herself and keep on living her life to the best of her ability. When a stalker turns up, Meave is able to use the situation to her benefit to get her out of her current living situation. The guys who destined to be Maeve's mates are all so different. I think they are going to be exactly what she needs once she learns that she can put her trust in others. I cannot wait for the rest of the series to come out.
I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
