"Reece and Jacob find themselves cramming to learn the steps as dance partners for the Reagan Twins’ eighteenth birthday. But more than the dance sequence, they discover a lot about each other, drawing them closer together.

Thankfully, they don’t ruin the performance at the party. And as the event progresses, so do their feelings.

But are they willing to make the move and navigate through this new and uncharted phase together? Or will they just skirt around each other and treat every interaction as nothing but a school project they need to ace or a game they need to win?"

It’s nice to have a quick glimpse of how Jacob and Reece’s attraction slowly progresses especially seeing them outside the basketball court in this spin-off novella. Their dance rehearsals for the Reagan Twins’ debut reveal more than just footwork. They uncover feelings neither of them is quite ready to admit. The first half of their story in Book 1 of Heirs of the Berkley-Reagan Halls Series left me hanging, and so does this one, but as the author promised, this is just the halftime.

This book is short and sweet, and its ending definitely left me with a spark of kilig. JaReece, I’m rooting for you! Hope you’ll finally make a bigger move and stop dancing around your feelings coz I am so ready for more kilig. ☺️
