A mixed bag, as these often are - more mixed than usual, with both poetry and prose. The former isn’t really my bag, but the whole thing is long enough (54 pieces) to regard the verse as added extras. I particularly enjoyed Anderson, Bettendorf, Burnett, Yuan (great first line), Farrell, Deluca, Kemske, which I think is enough to round up from three and a half stars.

some great stories. some not so great, tho none i would say are terrible.
