The Hidden Storm: The Complete Duet is a great read. Please read warnings!
I really loved this omegaverse duet! I think the author did a fantastic job writing both stories. I was really drawn in, and had a really hard time putting this book down. I did take longer to read these books than normal because well life, and this isn't just some short fast read. The author took time to build the characters, and the storyline. Both books are pretty long and normally that isn't my thing but this is so wonderfully written that it was easy to read. I can't wait to get my hands on more books from this author!

Oh my god, this was such a good duet.
It's a dark omegaverse but with a fantastic balance of humor.
I often laughed out loud, the thoughts Haylee has are really great!
The story is well written and develops fantastically.
The characters are very nice and all different.
Hunter in particular is really one of my favorites.

There is a lot of lazy storytelling here. The alpha command that affects betas can be solved by taking a magic pill. Are you kidding me? Also, other alphas can’t command a beta if they are mated and yet they would leave Haylee unmated and susceptible to alpha commands. What?!
There should be more personality to the MMCs other than “the violent one”, “the nerdy one” and “the control one.”

I loved the FMC, her guys, and the family. I skipped over some of the spicey scenes, but it was a good read with a lengthy epilogue.

Would have rated higher but there were enough grammatical errors to knock it down a star.
