Nora is the daughter of the gamma pair of the silver stream pack. She held a high status as she and the alphas daughter were good friends. But all of this changed when all of her friends turned their backs on her and the pack shunned her. All because her wolf didn’t come forward on her 16th birthday.
But this didn’t break her as she began to train even harder. On the day of her 20th birthday she will be kicked out of her pack and turn into a rogue, a packless, feral wolf.
The very same night, the mateball is held in her pack. Nora met her mate and her fate at the very same time. As her mate is the lycan prince.
Strong characters with an equally strong storyline. There are multiple kingdoms where the Lucas have different gifts. The story continues to grow and expand.
The book started out good. But don’t waste your time. The app it made me download doesn’t have the best point system. So I bought it on kindle. Wasn’t worth the 7.99. And the 2nd one same price for less chapters. Shouldn’t have been split into 2 books.
Fun fluff. Read this for "been unwell, need to read" urge off a random advert. No, I didn't read the annoying app version!
It's clear that the author's first language isn't English, but they have some good ideas in that. I feel she accidentally wrote herself into a bit of a Mary Sue / trope MC, but the world was interesting enough to overlook that for me. With decent beta readers and a good editor, she has talent there to be drawn out.
The book started off great and captured my attention but it quickly spiralled. There were a number of ‘side stories’ that were unnecessarily detailed as well as 100s of spelling mistakes as well as using the wrong names in the storyline.
I think if this is treated as a draft and brought to an editor for a thorough edit it can be so much more than ‘click bait’ to get you to download the corresponding app.
Juvenile writing and VERY poor editing. Too bad, because there was a story that could be developed there. Couldn't get past 43% with all the missing and incorrect words and usage.
Read this on a reading app and had to pay for the first week subscription, good thing it was $.30 for the first week for unlimited reading. Liked the story but definitely could’ve been edited and organized a bit otherwise I loved the story and plot
This book was good, aside from grammar errors in some parts.. story line was great.. then it was rushed and ended in the worst way a book ever could have ended. Not worth the money at all.
I came across an excerpt from this book on Facebook and it intrigued me enough to look up the full story. This is an unpolished rough draft at best. To be fair, the beginning is written somewhat decent, but too soon author tried to rush the story, tried to make it overly complicated and in the process created the mess as she both list track of information she had given and the writing became incredibly sloppy. There are numerous mistakes in the form of author forgetting the premise she had already set. I guess she didn't keep notes and forgot about that. Things that contradict each other on regular. As an example- Nora is seemingly the best fighter with unparalleled skills, yet she constantly is trashed in battles and win just by pure luck, those skills never to be seen. There was numerous contradictions more, but I didn't write them down, so I don't remember, I just know it annoyed me to no end. In authors pursuit to make heroine the most special snowflake, she creates unneeded events to pike more and more gifts on Nora, just for them to never be really seen or used. So, what was the point? The storyline is also quickly devolving. In the fast pace, there is never a room to develop relationships, they just get picked on top of each other, without actually bothering to develop characters. The bad guys are really bad and create the problems, but reasoning behind their actions is never fully explained , just superficial stuff.
Sometimes, overcomplicated story is not a good thing. Too much, too fast and you end up with a mess. I understand that author felt under pressure to fling out more chapters in very rapid speed that didn't really allow for her to work on them, but damn. This was hard to read and my eyes are sore from all the rolling they had to do.
Not be be harsh, but it is a trash read. And not very fun at that. Its like a first rough draft that a good editor would throw out most of it for it to become comprehensive.
I wish author the time and will to work on this and be able to turn it into a decent book as the premise is surely there, it just needs a lot of work, author to keep track of events, powers and characters and maybe come up with a better ways to tie it all in a story.
I read this on one of those cost too much pay per chapter app and IT WAS NEVERENDING. It has a strong interesting plot but the telling is weak. You will become bored and annoyed very quickly with the main story.
The story line is promising, the grammar is very poor , and the fact I paid 8 dollars for a book that has no ending , in fact I have to buy a second book if I want to know what happens next ,It’s really annoying.
