I love the series. There are a couple things that are off. One is the difficult time the characters have with not swearing. As someone who had a terrible mouth, I know it is possible to stop cold turkey, because I did, The other is the apparent concern with whether an angel is male, female, or something else. Not sure what relevance this has. God created male and female. There isn't any disparity. One or the other. But the bigger question in relation to the book is why does it matter? It seems to bother those who see angels a lot in the book. Why? Overall, though, the books are great.
This entire series opens the reader’s eyes to see the love, patience and grace of God in His path of leading each of us to better understand the singular truth that few grasp: that Jesus, Who created each of us, loves us and pursues our hearts and souls with that love quietly, patiently and with great intention to care for each of us exactly as he designed us, and gently through the trauma each of us has experienced from the world and the enemy. His love will never be thwarted. Jeff does this with a winsome story line that keeps the reader enthralled and constantly marveling as God’s love for us.
A great addition to the series. I enjoy how the characters grow and develop and begin different phases of relationships. Always a great instructional read. Makes you consider how can better deal with life issues. Never a dull moment. Absolutely love Hope, she us so unconventional. So, if you want a 'walk on the wild side', where reality is closer than you thought, pick this book up and read it. It is more real and true than you might think. It could help you live free too if you take it to heart. I do, however have some concerns regarding some of the issues in the book. So, read with discernment. Apart from that. Love the series.
