I was entertained completely with this book. It was so messy. There were so many twists and turns that I didn't see coming. Tolani got exactly what she wanted and needed. Was she a little sneaky and underhanded doing it? Yep, however, it worked out perfectly. Ski was my favorite character. That man did and said whatever he wanted to. He truly loved Tolani and wanted to see her happy. Darey was unhinged at the beginning, but he grew on me. Overall, I loved this book and will be reading more by the author.

Spicy and good enough plot premise. I liked the 6 year time jump
Sometimes “why choose” books are overly optimistic in how things go (overly possessive men are suddenly okay with sharing or the families just magically all approve) and this book falls into that a bit.
Lots of typos and mistakes that took away from the reading flow :
- inaudible instead of audible
- Mixing up character names
- Talking about marriage: “I already measured her middle finger when she was too drunk to notice, and she wore size sixteen” One, the middle finger?? And two, rings are usually between 3-13.5 (3-9 for women) so 16?!!!
An MMC proudly proclaims, after the pregnancy, that he switched out the FMC’s plan B pills for fertility and prenatal vitamins…I hate this in books with a burning passion. Why do authors write this like it’s romance instead of horror?
The chapters at the end, the last 10% of the book especially, don’t flow. Just random events happening that don’t make sense. The Darey’s mother + Kimora connection especially didn’t make sense at all.

Great read
All I can say is ol my. Babbbbbe I was not expecting those twists. This book was well written. I definitely paused at a certain part to wrap my mind around it lol. Sky was hilarious. I wouldn't mind reading a book 2

Awesome Read

Great Why Choose Romance
The character development and story were engaging and captivating. I gave four stars due to some inconsistencies and editing issues. Nevertheless, I highly recommend it.

Why Choose
I'm so glad for the "why choose" storyline, and with the twist and turns the characters went through, it was worthy of the happily ever after ending.

I enjoyed the beginning of the book, but once it got to them trying the poly relationship, it felt rushed. Darey came across as a controlling, ‘that’s my woman’ type of guy, which threw me off when he agreed . I’ve read poly relationships I enjoyed, but this one didn’t work for me—maybe because it all happened so fast.
The twist was good, but I felt the writing got lazy by the end. It needs editing, and I ended up skimming through the last 20% of the book.
