This had potential but it had so many errors in it! With a good editor or proof reading it could easily be a four star!

This was a DNF for me. This was my first read from this author in quite a while and it was disappointing to see the growth. It was very difficult for me to get through this book, and ultimately caused me to dnf, bc of the lack of proofreading and editing. I could barely go a few sentences without a very noticeable error. This was the same issue that I had before. I give 2.5 stars bc the plot/storyline does seem very intriguing but the execution was just not good. It was repetitive, riddled with errors and just plain unclear. If, or when, the author gets this the proper editing it needs and rereleases I will be very interested in trying it again!
*this is not to say that the author is a bad writer. Specifically, the editing team did a huge disservice to this author and hopefully she got a refund or discount.*

The city is definitely about to bleed red…
Poor Autumn she is so naive and not raised with any street knowledge even though her mom is heavy in the streets. Things go bad and now she needs to be protected so her mom makes a blood deal with an old friend to have one of his sons marry her to keep her protected and they can merge their empires. Quadirr went into his marriage with Autumn looking at it as a business deal and never thought he would develop feelings for her and now she has been kidnapped and baby it’s about to be a whole massacre in the streets because of it and I can’t wait until part 2 drops to witness it.

Decent book
I really enjoyed the story but I thought there was a lot of redundancy in the book. A lot of repeating of the same thing that was written just in a different form. If it wasn't for that, the story is pretty good. I would have preferred more in-depth tales of the book. I really liked how the writer developed the characters of this story. I look forward to reading more and seeing how the other characters develop within the next story. I just hope there's less repeating and repetitive writing in the next book

Good read.
I hate how most if the author don't give a detail description of the characters in the book. Only giving gauge descriptions. I like Quadirr and Autum. I am like Shannon I think something is going on Winnie. I hope they get Autumn in time

Get an editor
Seriously, this book had an ok plot and I really wanted to enjoy it but it was so so many grammatical errors and misplaced words. Every page had so many errors, I because confused.

Good Start
This is a good start to the series! Although there are editing issues, it doesn't affect the storyline. I am loving the vibe between Autumn and Khaotic so far. Hope her brother wakes up soon.

Welcome Back!!! Now, A cliffhanger you gave. This book is something else. I need part to 2 to see how Quadirr is about to act up over Autumn being kidnapped and the dirty Chief. Hope its not to long.

I enjoyed the book, arranged marriages is one of my favorite tropes. There are a grammatical errors, but it doesn’t take away from the story. On to book 2!
