great podcast, great book series

I’m a huge fan of this podcast and the series of books about various stories from episodes is a brilliant tie-in and fun to add to the published oral histories and folklore available. Highly recommend.

I love the approach of both this book & the connected podcast - look into local legends & folklore, do actual primary source research to try and verify, and discuss what they find. Getting it into written form, instead of just as a podcast, makes that research much more accessible.
