So Easy But So Hard for A lot of Us

Sebastian’s book reminds us that it is essential to set boundaries, in fact it is essential to live a happy mindful life.

The book begins with an explanation of what boundaries are and why they matter. They help us know when we need to and create space for respect in our relationships.

The book gives examples of how to set boundaries, and expectations, from a group setting and friends to relationships and even in your work environment.

Most importantly, “Setting Boundaries…” reminds us that we all deserve a balanced, happy life, and by setting and sticking to boundaries, we can ensure that our lives are peaceful and respectful.

Great addition to my collection

I read every book on setting boundaries I can find. This is yet another one, but each one gives me a little bit of new information.
I like this one a lot and I’m very happy with the information it shared. A lot of it was just stuff to remind me of things I’m already doing, but there was new info in there as well. Also well researched.
