A barren queen gives birth to a lindworm after making a terrible mistake. Now she and the king must find him a bride, before their other son can marry his beloved.
A short fairy tale that one can read in under 10 minutes. It is charming and just dark enough in tone to resemble some of our most known tales (namely brothers Grimm). I would recommend it to someone just wishing to pass some time with a Norwegian folktale, and those interested perhaps in a tale that somewhat inspired Holly Black's The Queen of Nothing.
