To be honest, I bought three books written by this author with a lot of hope. The subject is quite saturated with how-to-be-happy books but I wanted to try something new. Not only is the writing a bit dull, Elizabeth offers, or rather borrows, ideas from other books in this niche. While she understands there is no quick-fix to happiness, she fails to answer even the basic question like what is happiness, to begin with. She touches everything superficially with a rather phony approach. A true waste of money.
