This was a fun read. I enjoyed it, but I don't know that I would read future books in the series.

I love Pride & Prejudice so anything that pays homage to it is something I will give a try. This was a sweet, easy-reading fun cozy.

There are ghosts that are all inspiration for Jane Austen's book who are linked to a ring that our main character here owns. the ghosts provide friendly interference in her life and the Jane Austen-inspired tea room she runs.

There's also a murder as in all cozies and our MC gets involved in investigating it.

As I said, this was fun and I enjoyed it, but there isn't enough here to encourage me to read more books in the series. I think this is a one-and-done for me.

A Jane Austen themed tea shoppe in a small town in England sets the scene for this cozy mystery. However, a quirky addition to this cozy is a cast of Regency ghosts who are attached to a ring sent to tea shop owner Trinity Bishop. A smoothly paced mystery with enjoyable characters and just enough twists to keep me reading until the end.

Everything about this book felt wonderfully random, but it was a fast-paced, enjoyable read with plenty of nods to Jane Austen. We get a Jane Austen-inspired tearoom, a magical ring, ghosts, a missing treasure map, a hot detective, a cat, and, of course, a murder! It's a cozy mystery that's a little all over the place, but still a fun time.

Delightful spooky read

Loved this new genre from Suzy Russell after reading her Exe series. This is the first story set in Sidmouth. The main characters Trinity and the detective are going to get involved surely. Helpful ghosts too.

Absolute delight to read and a real palette cleanser! Love the ghosts looking forward to the next instalment. Always love the ghosts in other buildings. I do hope romance blossoms between Trinity and Cormac!

A cosy murder mystery

A tea shop owner is surrounded by ghosts after a man is murdered on the day she opens her Jane Austin themed shop. Will the ghosts be a help or hindrance? And what about the handsome policeman.

Tearoom Mysteries Book 1

I enjoyed this book enormously. I remember reading Jane Austen as a young girl. The Regency period is a favorite time also. Good for all ages.

A Great Introduction to Suzy Bussell
This was such a fun read!
I picked it up not knowing what to expect but it was wonderful.
Ghosts, mystery, murder, and a touch of romance.

I'm looking forward to seeing more of these ghosts!
