The parts about the communist movement of Iraq and syria are very interesting however the books is ruined by the fact it completely under plays the CIA and its role in the middle east. it also claims gaddafi didn't bring prosperity to libya. this is laughably false as before gaddafi libya was a feudal monarch state while under his leadership libyans had the highest standard of living in all of africa and it was even higher than some European nations!
