Someone gave it to me to read after the passing of my son. It seemed to address all the feelings I was experiencing. I don't see a need to seek outside help as his passing was a relief for me. I will pass it on to my other children however that have taken his death very hard. The book does address lots of different emotions or thoughts you will experience as you go through your grieving process.

It’s an excellent resource for people coping with suicide loss, but it might be difficult to read if you are deep I. Grief and can’t concentrate. If you are a caregiver of someone going through suicide loss complicated grief, this is a valuable resource.

This book is a handbook for what happens after a loss to suicide. You should get this the second you’re notified of a suicide, and it will walk you through the immediate moment and years later. A great resource for police and therapists to offer.
