My Brother Jason is the autobiographical story of the death of Limerick father-of-two Jason Corbett at the hands of his wife and father-in-law.
Told through the account of his sister Tracey, readers are immersed into the life of the Corbett family -- both when Jason met his first wife Mags and following her devastating death to up until last year when Jason's second wife, Molly Martens was released from prison after serving only a few years for his horrific death.
Explaining that she never wanted to write a book, Tracey lays her feelings on the table, allowing readers an insight into their whole life from the moment Molly entered forging to be a nanny.

I heard about this horrific murder case from the Netflix series. I wanted to know more about Jason Corbett and his Irish family. Based on the evidence, there is no question in my mind that Tom and Molly Martens pre-meditated to murder Jason Corbett, while his poor children were in the home.

I feel terribly for the entire Corbett family. Justice was not served. But vengeance is the Lord’s, and He will repay.

I hope that Jack and Sarah Corbett continue to thrive away from the Martens family. Continued peace as you all move forward.

I recommend the book. Sometimes parts of the book were a little bit too confusing for me as they dealt with hearings and appeals and plea deals. But I know enough about the law to know that justice was not served in this case.

This book highlights why our(the US) justice system is not just. It is appalling that 2 people can brutally murder a man and get away with serving a few years for it. Tracey did a great job of paying tribute to her brother’s memory and showing the raw emotion this whole family went through and is still going through. A tragic story
