I’ve sworn off Alphas.Especially after I left the hockey world behind for an Alpha who ended up discarding me in exchange for an Omega. Instead of moping around, I surgically removed his bond mark out of spite. And when my college’s hockey team has an emergency opening for an assistant coach, I throw my hat in the ring. After all, my father coached this team twenty years ago and to continue his legacy would be a dream. Even if I’m just here to fill in until they hire someone better. Story of my life. But for the first time, I will find more than I bargained for—family, love, and even a pack. I don't believe in happy endings. But these four are making me rethink everything I know. Especially when they take all of me. As I am. Scars and all. No exceptions. Take All of Me is an 18+ MMMMF standalone in the Beta Accepted series with an unconventional relationship between the Beta FMC and the teammates she’s supposed to be coaching. From friends to lovers, a late presenting Omega, and a pack that’s ready to love Maya as she is comes a heartwarming tale of romance and happy endings. TW/CW in the Author’s Note.
Books in the Beta Accepted series can be read in any order. Maya is first seen in Accidentally Forever.
African American. Indie Author. Chaos Writer. Polyamorous & Found Family Stories Brought to Life. From PRN to fantasy, contemporary to dark & twisted, there's a little something for everyone.
This was such a cute book! I’m so glad that I was able to read this beauty! I absolutely loved it! I can’t wait for more by this author!
I really loved Maya and her pack. They made me smile but I also loved how the pack was with her. One thing I loved was the anxiety rep. I was able to relate to this character more than I thought and I really enjoyed that.
Overall I really loved this book! I’m excited to see what the author writes next! Highly recommend if you love hockey and omegaverse!
The last thing Maya wanted was to find love when she returned to the college she left four years before. But she didn’t just find that, she found her pack. There was so much to this - an abusive ex (and a rejected mate), anxiety rep, and a delicious why choose aspect. Not to mention hockey - and goodness knows I love sports romance. A sports alpha/beta/omega romance? Not something I anticipated but something I loved.
A sweet installment in the series, and one of the best in my opinion.
You can't help but love Maya and her men! They all bring something different to the table and make an amazing mix.
The drama is low-key and gives the story a very wholesome and believable feeling. It's a great blend of finding old flames, identity crisis (in more than one way) and love.
Maya love for hockey and for her father is an inspiration and I hope everyone can find something to be so passionate about.
I really love the Beta accepted series. This book was incredibly sweet. I loved watching these guys all fall for her. I also loved watching the Late presenting omega and Alpha dynamics! I can't wait to see what's next.
Omg! Maya!!! She melted my heart!! This book was absolutely amazing! One of my favorites so far. Maya and her men just got me all on my feelers in the best way.
I fell in love with the author’s writing after reading Accidentally Forever and the vibes are just the same. I don’t think anyone writes late presenting mates the way they do ✍🏾
Take All of Me is an MMMFM book so yes it’s deliciously naughty 😋 but as always there’s plenty of plot to go with it.
Maya has a crappy ex who won’t leave her alone so yall know what I had to do... 🗣️ Alexa, place an order for another pair of steel toed boots . Looks like I’m back in business 🥾💥🥾💥🥾💥
Dakota, Holt, Roman, Brogan, and Maya are the perfect mates 💕 and their open honesty with each other definitely gave my heart all the feels 😍
If you love hockey romance, a loved and cherished fmc, and golden retriever mates then check out Take All of Me
Maya finding herself again and opening up to love again was a sight to see. Holt, Roman, Brogan, and Dakota being patient, and taking their time to win back her trust. Roman and Dakota late presenting was a surprise but it was entertaining to see. Holt being the great leader he is took all the changes in stride. Maya getting to coach the hockey her dad coached was a beautiful thing to see. The bonus epilogue almost had me in tears. This whole book was great and I really enjoyed it.
I'm enjoying the different books in this Beta Accepted series, and Maya's book was another sweet, spicy addition.
The relationships were adorable (the men really understood one another) and they were protective of their beta.
I wish there'd been more of a relationship with one mate, as the story began showing how much they missed the other, but as the story progressed and some designations changed, so did that relationship.
This was amazing! Another incredible story within this universe...
So we have our fmc Maya, who has been dealt a rough past but is moving on to bigger and better things. She is smart, kind, compassionate, and just a beautiful person.
Our mmc's are Dakota, Roman, Holt, and Brogan. These 4 men are all such amazing men. They are all so different but mesh so well together in the unlikeliest way. I think my favourite is Dakota but it changes every time I think about it.
The plot was so good. We see Maya getting her life back on track after breaking free from her ex Nox. Whilst in the midst of getting it all together, Dakota strolls right back into her life like nothing happened 4 years prior. It's gets extremely complicated when Dakota now comes with his own little pack and Brogan, who hasn't found his pack yet, but he knows he's found his person in Maya. Nox nears his naughty head when he wants Maya back for all the wrong reasons, and the guys all rally around Maya to show her what true love really is.
I highly recommend this read and this entire series.
Thank you so much, N and your beautiful team, for the opportunity to read this story. I am extremely blessed to be a part of your ARC team 🙏
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🌶🌶🌶
🏒 betaverse 🏒 why choose 🏒 multiple pov 🏒 late presenting designations 🏒 hurt/ comfort 🏒 healing fmc 🏒 found family 🏒 spice
Sometimes you realize going home again is a good thing. After Maya is discarded by her Alpha Nox she returns to the school, she left 4 years ago, to start over.
The first person to show up to see her is her "roommates with benefits" Dakota she left behind 4 years ago. Seeing him makes it seem like she had never left.
She takes a job as the assistant coach of the hockey team her dad used to coach. Here she finds love again amongst the players after thinking she would never want to love again after everything she had gone through.
The twists and turns in the book kept me gasping wondering what was going to happen next. I laughed, I cried and I cheered all for a HEA.
I love the Betaverse novels and how they focus on the Beta instead of the Omega and this one is no different, it is a must read.
Maya fled her ex-boyfriend Nox after he broke his promise to her, taking an Omega as his partner. Fleeing back to her old university, determined to finally reach her dreams of coaching hockey, she runs into her best friend Dakota, who now has a pack with Roman and Holt.
Once again, this author delivers exactly what they say they will: a fast-paced, high-spice read filled with angst, trauma, heat and knots and a traumatised Beta, Maya.
I devoured this book in one sitting; I literally couldn't put it down; the tension and angst kept me hooked, and the spice, well, extra spicy.
I loved seeing Maya slowly heal from her past and how each of the pack gently guided her, giving her all the love and support she needed.
Seeing Violet and Sofie again, along with their pack, the standalone but interconnected nature of these books is excellent, it's like seeing old friends again.
This book could have been a four or five, easily. The issue is that not once is Dakota with Maya. Somehow, the book starts out with how obsessed with her he is, and ends with him giving her kisses here and there and never once being with her. You spend the book hoping to see this great love with this person who knows her better than anyone else and it never materializes.
And while she didn't feel it in the book or complain about it, it felt like a parallel of the situation she just got out of. This man adores her until he changes into an Omega and then suddenly the most he wants is to cuddle. It was very disconcerting.
This book jumps right in with the drama and steam. It did feel like the protagonist of the story was written in as a side note - not really penned out completely. I personally think the story could have done well without the actual person and just spending more focus on the FMC's trauma/healing/personal growth and it would have given more depth to the story. Regardless I enjoyed the surprises, the characters, the storyline that was there, the interactions, and the writing was good without to many mistakes. So despite my personal opinion regarding the protagonist I still think it was a 5 star read and one I'll likely even read again sometime down the line.
Take all of me is one of the best books in this beta accepted series I really enjoyed all of the main characters within the pack Maya was an awesome beta that I truly connected with because life through her so many hard curves but she didn't let those things defeat her she found a whole new Love and purpose within this pack that she that has chosen her and I'm all for each and every one of the betas omegas Alphas oh this book had its ups and downs but in the best possible way I truly enjoy this book so much I can't wait to read the next book in this beautiful series amazing job this author did at writing this book
This book was soooo freaking good. I love a good hockey romance, and when you add amazing characters, omegaverse, and bi-awakening... I'm sold! The hurt/comfort theme was strong on this one, and everyone trying to find themselves in the middle of inevitable changes all while being there for each other was touching, romantic, and so, so sweet. This is honestly one gem of a book centering around the beta who brings the pack together. Loved every moment of it!!
This book would’ve been a 4.5 but I’m disappointed there wasnt a spicy scene for Dakota and Maya I kept waiting and waiting but it never came he was obsessed with her for years but he only cuddled her and kissed her in some parts of the book I think it hints at them being together sexually but it was never written in the book I was disappointed the book was great but I was looking forward to them being together like everyone else
Take All Of Me, book 6 of the series Beta Accepted by N. Slater @slater.47. First off, I am a fan of Nic’s & this book was no different!
Such an amazing book about Maya, Dakota, Roman, Brogan & Holt! Tropes: Contemporary, Omegaverse, Hockey, MM, Late Presenting Male Omega, Female Beta, Male Alpha, Male Beta, Late Presenting Male Alpha, Other Man Drama, Found Family & HEA!
Hockey... check Coach... check 2nd chance ... check what more could I want? Maya is picking up the pieces and finding her strength and spark. love that the men in her life fill a gap and support her in their own way to make her stronger and the. best version of her. I finished this book in 1 sitting. I couldn't put it down and need more of Holt, Dakota, Maya, Brogan and Roman!
Maya (a beta) returns to college after having left an abusive situation. She runs into old flames but she's determined to stay focused. Obviously that doesn't happen...
This story is interesting in that designations change as people start to group together (except for Maya - she stays a beta).
I did think it was a little odd that even though they were in college, they were like 24+. I get that Maya would've been since she'd been gone 4 years but most of them? And living in the dorms? Just seems weird.
While I love this series and its latest installments. This book left me with lots of questions.. such as why is a 27 year old playing college hockey. Actually all of my questions revolve around the timeline of this book. But I enjoyed the relationships and the plot. Another fun read.
This worked for me emotionally despite some (big?) quibbles. It seems unrealistic that she became a coach while a student! They didn’t seem to be doing enough actual studying, rather than hockey or fucking, to stay in school. The ages/educational level of students didn’t quite make sense to me.
What did work? The love story and characterization.
Maya is over alphas and wanting a new start goes back to her old college to be assist coach to the hockey team. Things have a way of working out when you least expect it and Maya finds her pack in four very different mates. Some drama, all about the beta, found family, why choose and HEA
This book was a good read I felt like I needed a little more with the ex boyfriend. It was like he was stalking her, then locked up problem solved 🤷🏽♀️ other than that that pack was great and having characters from the books have parts in the story is always a plus.
An Omegaverse with designations changing betas becoming omega and an alpha. The story was just ok but I liked all main characters. They mashed well together.
Love this series but was really disappointed with the character developments. The whole book there was nothing between Dakota and Maya or Roman and Brogan. There was hints of Brogan and Dakota but again nothing overall the book was a great read but I was disappointed. Hopefully in the bonus content out in November there might be more with them. 🤞🏻
