A solid resource with practical advice

I got this for my husband, who has struggled with ADHD as long as he can remember. He likes how straightforward the exercises are and how practical the advice seems. We'll see if he can stick to it and make his way through the activities..I'll be very interested in seeing the outcome. Definitely recommend.
