Betrayal cuts deepest when it comes from your own.
Chrome has lived and bled for the Demon Dawgs his entire life. As President of the Chicago Chapter, he’s dragged his club out of the shadows—away from the sins of trafficking and into something cleaner, something stronger. But loyalty isn’t as unbreakable as he thought.
When one of his own turns traitor and nearly kills a brother, everything Chrome has built begins to fracture.
Mode is fighting for his life in a hospital bed. The enemy is still inside their ranks. And Chrome will burn his world to the ground to find him.
He doesn’t have time for distractions—especially not a sharp-tongued nurse who challenges him at every turn.
Cicely is everything Chrome doesn’t need and can’t seem to resist.
Smart. Stubborn. Unimpressed by his power.
She’s seen too many men like him—dangerous, controlling, used to getting their way. But when Chrome entrusts her with Mode’s life, she sees something beneath the cut and steel… a man carrying the weight of loyalty like a weapon and a wound.
And she’s got battles of her own.
Older women—successful and untouchable—are being hunted. Attacked. Left in comas. Their identities removed. Cicely’s discovery of their identities puts a target on her back.
As Chrome hunts a traitor within his club, Cicely is stalked by a predator outside it.
Two worlds. Two enemies. One collision course.
Because betrayal doesn’t just destroy clubs… It destroys lives.
And when the truth comes out, Chrome will have to decide what matters more—
His loyalty to the brotherhood… Or the woman who’s become his reason to fight.
Sabotage. Secrets. A love worth fighting for.
Author’s These books contain mature themes and possible triggers. Each book covers the developing relationship between its protagonists, each with an HEA. While each novel ends with our focus on the protagonists, the novels are by no means the end of the story for the club. Each novel contains a lead-in for the next novel. Highly recommend reading the books in order.
I've read every Demon Dawg books, all chapters from all over. Enjoy reading all. I've cried, laughed, happy, sad, angry, many emotions. So exciting, I can't wait to read the rest. Thank you so much for bringing me happiness.
Chrome and Cicely. I was a bit worried about this one, because I am not a fan of the Chicago club. This story was good though. Scorch needs to be demoted and branded.
