Are you in need of a DOUBLE rockstar romance of self discovery, vengeance, banter, and touch her and 💀? Well this one’s for you.
Fallon is quite literally the ice queen, and does not need no man. I really enjoyed her character and her self discovery of her worth throughout this whole story. Then we have Kage who is immediately drawn to Fallon. He quite literally WILL do ANYTHING. He is bound and determined to make Fallon his.
This loops into other books I’m this series but could be read as a stand alone but really read them all because I have yet to be disappointed by a book in this series.

I received this book as an arc, and my thoughts are honest and my own.
This book is absolutely amazing and not what I expected. This is not a reverse harem, which was different as I am so used to Katies books being RH.
Riot is a beautiful story of love, trauma, and vengeance!
Fallon is driven by her need to right wrongs and face the ghosts that haunt her, and all the while this book is unflinching in its portrayal of her pain and showing how trauma can mold a person into a force of destruction. But Fallon is not just a victim. She’s a fighter, using every tool at her disposal to exact revenge, and she does it with poise and dignity. As she embarks on her path of retribution, she becomes a force to be reckoned with while being relentless and unapologetic in who she is.
Then we have Kage, who is utterly obsessed with Fallon and sees the darkness in her, and instead of running and letting her push him away, he is there, willing and waiting for her. The love he has for Fallon is fierce, possessive, and all-consuming and so sweet.
He’s there for her at every step, not just as a protector but as someone who understands the fire that drives her, and he isn't scared to hold her hand through it all.
I absolutely love the way that this book shows Fallon’s journey, it isn't just about about getting back at those who did her wrong and those that caused her trauma, but it’s about reclaiming her power and finding a way to heal from the scars of her past while being apologetically her and giving a voice to those that were silenced!
I don't want to give too much away because if you are thinking about reading this, you need to! You will not be disappointed!

A Gritty Rock Romance
This book does come with triggers for some but it all revolved around real life issues. Fallon had lived a tragic life and now was all about protecting herself and becoming the Ice Princess she was known for. All Kage wanted to do was protect Fallon even if it meant that he maybe took things a bit too far at times. She was his obsession, his love.
This book took on some grit and darkness which made this book a big page turner for me. I will definitely be following this author from here on out.

I JUST WANNA TALK KATIE
I didn’t know I needed rockstar stalker vibes but here it is and I’m obsessed. There isn’t as much crossover with other characters as the previous books but it makes up for it with the DARK shtuff 😈.
This was gritty, bloody, and raw in all the right ways. It had all the best dark tropes without being overwhelming.
In particular I appreciated the depiction of trauma and trauma responses. That was fairly true to life and amongst the crazy that was Riot, I think it was needed.
I love to say THAT WAS A RIOT at things I find funny, but while this book had a few funny bits it was a riot in a whole different way. I can’t wait to see what comes next.

Kage is top tier book boyfriend material! The way I wanted to climb through the pages for this stalker rockstar… I will gladly reread this over again. Other tropes include grumpy sunshine, forced proximity, and one of my new favorites: revenge.
“Since they are so obsessed with the truth, then they will get it, and it will drown them like it did me.”
Fallon is ready to even the score and she’s not stopping until she takes everyone down with her. This isn’t just a case of righting some wrongs. This is female rage on a whole other level and I’m here for it! Add in a hot psycho stalker rockstar and you have a story that’s so addicting you can’t put it down.
“I thought your name too many times, and like a bad omen, you appeared,” I mutter to myself.
“You thought about me?” His grin grows.
“Nightmares,” I retort.
“It counts.”
The banter between them is hilarious and steamy all at the same time. And the spice! If there’s one thing KA Knight knows how to do, it’s write a spicy scene that leaves you blushing and clutching your pearls. By the end of the book you’ll be rooting for Fallon in more ways than one.

This book felt like a wild mix of everything and I found myself unable to put it down. Fallon and Kage are a unique match. Fallon is the ice queen and Kage the obsessed golden retriever. I couldn't help but admire everything about Kage from his dedication to Fallon, his selflessness, the thought and patience he needed to win her over...all of it. Fallon is a survivor of horrors no child or person should be subjected to creating that wall no one but Kage could scale. I loved her determination to reveal the truth and that even if she was an ice queen she still has a soft spot for others. I did really love there wa s bit of mystery and suspense in the second half of the book. It allowed Kage and Fallon time together while still making it feel like the story wasn't totally finished. That epilgoue definitely has my interest piqued for what's next from ka knight.

Where has Kage been all my life?!
This man went above and beyond for his woman, even when she wasn't his woman. He is obsessive, possessive, morally grey, and delicious. The lengths he went to to make Fallon his were just *chefs kiss* (I am aware I have issues, and I am perfectly fine with this).
Fallon has a traumatic past, and as a coping mechanism, she keeps everyone at arms length. Shutting them down when they get too close to protect her heart. Kage, however, couldn't care less. He stayed, and he continued to care and keep her safe. Turning her down to make sure he didn't end up just another notch on the bed post. Proving with actions what words couldn’t confirm.
And the banter between these two was fantastic. I loved how she tried everything to push him away, and he had quick remarks back, which just made her more comfortable with him.

I loved this so much.
I am usually not a huge fan of Rockstar romances, but this book is the exception to the rule. Kage is the most wonderful, obsessed, unhinged burnt cinnamon roll. There is not a line he won't cross for the woman he wants and he has his sights set on Fallon. Fallon is publicly known as the ice queen. She is the daughter of a rock God but her childhood wasn't what people would expect.
I was squealing while I was reading this book! It was a fast read and I didn't want to put this book down. Please read this book.

Fallon is the cold hearted singer who keeps everyone at a distance. She doesn't believe she deserves love so she doesn't let anyone even try. Why would she? She's been let down by everyone else in her life already.
"Nobody knows the depth of my obsession with Fallon, and they never will."
Kage is the upcoming new rockstar and obsessed with Fallon. He's a tad stalker-y, but it comes from love I swear! He proves to Fallon everyday that not only does she deserve to be loved, but she's been loved by him for years. He won't take no for an answer and continues to be there for her even when she pushes him away.
Riot was a pretty heart wrenching rockstar romance and I got the feels quite a few times! Fallon has the heart of a warrior and Kage protects her heart with everything he has. 💛 Definitely check the trigger warnings on this one before reading! ⚠️

Fallon and Kage are my alt rock and Popstar fantasies come to life. I’m absolutely fell in love with them! Fallon is a world famous pop star with a tragic backstory that nobody knows about but has deemed her the ice queen, and for good reason!

However, her husband is found cheating on her and she kicks him out. Little does she know that Kage has a whole plan to win her over.
I love how obsessed Kage is and that he’s not afraid to do whatever it takes. He’s unhinged and I’m here for it! And he’s got this whole plan to slowly break down Fallon’s walls. But he’s got no clue what she’s hiding and then he finds out, he will literally burn down the world for her. I love how strong Fallon is. Overcoming everything she’s endured and then setting off on a mission to show everyone the truth about her father and his band. It takes a lot of courage to do something like that. She’s ruthless and will stop at nothing to tear down the legacy her father built. I love how Katie writes such strong FMC that are unique in their own way. Plus add in the threat of someone coming after them? This book was so good! And after the preview of the next one, I can’t wait!

The story of Fallon and Kage didn't go at all how I pictured. K. A. Knight keeps you guessing where each new twist will take you while you become enraged on the characters' behalf, hot and bothered by their spicy scenes, and fall in love with each of them despite, or maybe because of, their flaws.

Kage and Fallon. Kage has been obsessed with Fallon since he saw her for the first time when he was a teen. Kage was determined to become someone worthy of her. When he meets her at an event, he informs her that he has been waiting for a long time to be with her and that he will have her. Fallon has some demons and has been through a lot in her life. She is versatile in her music, she is married when Kage first approaches her. Not long after her husband's affair is exposed she is fighting her demons and trying to move on after the affair. Demons from her past start plaguing her, and Kage is her muse and eventually her confidant.
I loved Kage in this book. He is the definition of an adorable puppy following his owner around. Kage stalks her and tells her about it. An exact quote he says is ‘It’s the only way I can see you. I missed your beautiful face, sweetheart. I couldn’t last a moment longer.’ I mean come on how adorable is that! His version is what I will call gentle stalking because he makes it extra obvious he is following her by literally inserting himself in everything she does. And the spice… My god Kage is like this adorable puppy with a filthy af mouth. Talk about all the best qualities.

Kage immediately falls for Fallon. He lets her know he isn’t going anywhere. He means what he says and goes to extremes to prove how much he wants her. Fallon is hard to convince. She tries to keep her heart under wraps, but Kage slowly tears down her walls and worms his way into her heart.
The development of their relationship and revenge plot kept me engaged throughout the whole book. I loved that Fallon was able to get justice for the terrible things that were done to her when she was younger. She is such a strong woman!

I LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF THIS BOOK. Fallon is such a badass and I was here for all of it. Kage was such a cutie, in a totally obsessed way but that’s okay. I loved how supportive he was of his woman, how he never gave up on her, and how he’d do absolutely anything for her—including barking. That entire scene might’ve been one of my favorites, top 3 for sure. My not-so-favorite scene? When Kage got hurt, my heart was in my throat because I thought he wouldn’t make it out alive. The only thing that I didn't quite like was that epilogue, I’m still confused about it.

This might be one of my favourite K A Knight books to date!!! Kage is my kind of crazy. I loved how obsessed he was with Fallon and there was never any doubt about his loyalty. No third act break up here thank you very much!
And Fallon. Sweet sweet Fallon who was so desperately looking for someone to help her love herself but didn’t even realise it. I loved how her strength shone through and she learned to start to apologise to herself (I may or may not have cried at the mirror scene).
But that final interview (iykyk)…ma’am! You ever scare me like that again, I’m going to need medical attention!!!
Overall, we love a badass FMC
who takes no prisoners and an MMC willing kneel as she does it! This has some really tough themes and triggers so look after yourselves.

Wow, another dark but fantastic book.
Truly can't wait for the next book in this series. This really felt like it happened IRL, which in a way is really scary. I love Katie's writing, no matter what genre.

I do not hide that I love the writing of K. A. Knight. She is one of my favorite authors. Definitely in the top ten. And it really is hard to top the love I have for Den of Vipers. But this book may have done just that. I don’t know if I can put into words just how much I loved Riot. It is dark, emotional, spicy, had characters that took up way too much space in my brain, and a story that I couldn’t put down. It is one of those stories that I flew through but was so sad when I finished.
Fallon aka The Ice Queen is portrayed as heartless. She even believes it herself. But the ice she has built up is just the shield she uses to protect herself. She has endured and done what she needed to do to survive. It is easy to dislike her before you know her story. I, on the other hand, loved her. I loved watching Kage chip at the ice that Fallon hid behind.
I have read many books with stalkery, obsessive MCs. While I love them, I rarely connect with them beyond enjoying them as the MC. Kage was such a different story. I understood him. I get that obsession and that desire to have the person you love see themselves the way that you see them. I understand someone who is willing to give anything to another person because they took your heart without them even realizing.
This story is very rough at parts. It touches on some tough subject matter and is not for everyone. I would check the warnings at the beginning before diving in. But I was so pulled in by this story. There was plenty of spice but the story is what dug it’s way into my heart. I would read this again and again. I think I have a new number one and can’t wait to read more in this world.

OK, oh my god, where do I even start. This book was phenomenal, and Fallon is Fierce!!!! This story is not an RH, which I was totally not expecting as Katie is my RH queen, BUT....BUT I think this might actually be my favourite so far. Katie is a phenomenal storyteller. perfectly interweaving the spiciest of spice with an expertly crafted plot that not only keeps you captivated and engaged from beginning to end, but also explores the darker sides of the human experience, trauma, emotions and the effects these situations and circumstances have on us as individuals. Her characters are relatable and real, and her prose draws you into her world as if you are experiencing the story in real time. You feel what they feel, and you see through their eyes as if they are your own.
I thoroughly enjoyed Fallons journey, her pursuit for retribution, and the utter badass queen that she is. She is her and she won't apologise for it!! Nor should she, she is fabulous. Kage, oh my, this man, new love alert. The possessive, all-consuming way in which he loves her is just swoon worthy. This book was not my usual RH but I was mildly surprised how much I enjoyed it.
This book does have some triggers so check that, but all stem around real life issues.
I love that Fallon wasn't just defined as a survivor but a fighter. She took how her past shaped her and made it into something dark and beautiful and wicked. She became the Ice Queen. She owns who she is unapologetically and that is marvelous. She worked towards her revenge yes, but also showed how she had grown in all different ways.
Then there's Kage who would literally do anything for Fallon. The level he would go to to protect her, his obsession..... definitely touch her and ☠️ vibes.
There are parallels and loops to the other books (not as many as the prior books had) but I love that you could still read this as a stand alone.

This book was not my usual RH but I was mildly surprised how much I enjoyed it.
This book does have some triggers so check that, but all stem around real life issues.
I love that Fallon wasn't just defined as a survivor but a fighter. She took how her past shaped her and made it into something dark and beautiful and wicked. She became the Ice Queen. She owns who she is unapologetically and that is marvelous. She worked towards her revenge yes, but also showed how she had grown in all different ways.
Then there's Kage who would literally do anything for Fallon. The level he would go to to protect her, his obsession..... definitely touch her and ☠️ vibes.
There are parallels and loops to the other books (not as many as the prior books had) but I love that you could still read this as a stand alone.

Riot is a beautiful mesh of trauma, vengeance, and grittiness.
Due to traumatic life experiences, Fallon is every inch the ice queen. Dealing with her demons everyday has put her emotions on lockdown. Until Fallon.
Kage is an up and coming rocker, with an obsession for Fallon. A bit of a stalker, he constantly tries to prove she’s worthy of being loved.
Gah, this story had my emotions in a tangled mess. Fallon is such a fierce fighter and I love that Kage never lets her down and continuously shows her love.
Seriously if you love a good rockstar romance, this book should be at the top of your list.

This book was brilliant. I don't know what I was expecting. I thought it may have been like the previous 2 books. But it was so different. And that's what made it very interesting. This book wasn't your typical rockstar romance either. It's dark, scary, and emotionally draining. But it's also very romantic and a beautiful love story.
Kage and Fallon"s story needs to be read first hand with no spoilers. I'm finding it hard to say almost anything. There's an intensity with this story that keeps your heart in your mouth. It keeps you intrigued, engrossed, and have a huge case of, I need to know right now.
This book is a huge recommend from me. And the series is fantastic as a whole.

I was surprised that Riot wasn’t an RH like her usual ones. This book does have some dark topics that deal with real-life issues so please check the CW. Riot deals with the love between two rockstars, the trauma of the FMC and vengeance. At the end of the book, there were twists and turns that I won’t say what happened, but it caught me off guard.
I loved learning about Fallon’s backstory and all she had to endure. Even with all that she was able to become a big singer. l enjoyed that she was such a fighter throughout the book trying to right the wrongs of everything that happened in her past and truly showing how trauma can change a person. Fallon was a force to be reckoned with and with the nickname Ice Queen, you can figure out why after learning all she went through. I love how the story doesn’t go the way you think it’s going to go with her getting revenge and that’s it. It goes deeper than that it goes into her getting her power back and healing from the past by being a voice and giving to those who were silenced.
The MMC Kage was such an enjoyment to read for me. I loved how obsessed he was with Fallon but also how he was willing to do anything for her if she needed. He truly loved her and he was willing to wait for her however long. Kage was just so funny and real at times I was truly laughing at certain points of the book and other points almost getting emotional.
