Little kids love to count. Little kids love counting books, too. And little kids also love manipulatives- tactile objects disguised as educational tools that are pleasing to the touch and a joy to play with. Now add them together, and the result is the all but irresistible 10 Button Book.

Great interactive book with large plastic buttons to help learn to count as you read along. Places to put the buttons on each page. Very colorful and alive!

cute, cute book. however....the buttons get horribly tangled.

there was an author or publisher suggestion to braid the ribbons to keep them from tangling. no. nooo. they ended up becoming KNOTTED this way. i had to cut the ribbons to be able to release the buttons.

if your kiddo is of the age where they won't eat them...this works great.

A one-year-old I watch is drawn to this book. He loves the buttons and loves shoving them in the poorly-fitted notches. I, on the other hand, think the book is ugly, frustrating and sort of creepy. The buttons dangle and tangle; they don't fit in the holes very well, and they're weird! Button eyes, button bellies, button bodies. I'm sure there are better looking, baby-friendly books out there.

I'm rating this one a 5 because our customers love it. I have a slight issue with the ribbons getting tangled but other than that it's a nice and sturdy activity board book. It would be good to take on car trips. It's a great tool for fine motor skills and best of all... you can't lose the pieces!

This is a great kids book. My niece and nephew love it. The buttons do get tangled. But the book is worth it!
