This was my first real full length introduction to the paranormal book world and not only was it delivered by a NTMA but it was everything I hope it would be and beyond. I’m sure there may be far more advanced paranormal books out there but for me I have zero complaints. My heart is FULL after experiencing Gemini and Ginger’s love story.
Ginger is struggling with feelings of inadequacy. There are certain expectations that her current mate has for her and bearing his cubs is at the top of that list. Ginger isn’t quite sure why her body won’t cooperate but she is having a difficult time grappling with the fact that her body will not do the very thing it was put on this earth to do! It is causing tension in her life and sis and her cat are stresseddddd!!
Beating herself up isn’t enough. Nope her mate is doubling down and she’s not sure how much more she can take. To add insult to injury, this 🥷 decides that he’s not treating her bad enough and pulls out the big joker 🃏 of 🗑️ 🍑 🥷’s!! The audacity of his weak species to play in her face but the joke was definitely on him and Ginger got the last laugh!
As the last of his kind, Gemini is wondering if he will ever find his one true mate. His age coupled with his rare breed has him feeling hopeless and he’s not sure what will come of himself if he doesn’t link up with his mate and SOON. He knows she’s out there, because he can feel her but finding her and making her his proved more challenging than he anticipated. Anything worth having is worth fighting for and Gemini knew instantly that Ginger would be worth all that and more!
Gemini was definitely a my cat my cat my cat type of character 😆🤭! He was everything!! The dominance, the protective nature, the wealth, the regality…..it was all consuming and everything you would want in a MMC! Who knew a tiger would end up on my book bar list!
🐅 If there was one thing Ginger’s cat was gone do, it was prance around and I loved that for my girl! She was tooting that thang up at every opportunity 😆 I mean cat just acting all the way up

My one complaint about the story was the lack of development with Ginger’s background. A good part of her story was built on a premise and we never got to really DEEP DIVE into all that entailed. While it didn’t take away from the story for me, it was a missed opportunity to really bring more depth to her character. This is the beginning of a series so maybe it will come out in future books! I guess we’ll have to wait and see. I’m excited for Crimson and Santana’s story and can’t wait to see how the journey continues! 🧛♀️🩸🧛♂️

I am smitten with Gemini and Ginger. Gemini knew Ginger was his mate. The instant connection was beautiful. I loved Hassan, Santana, Kiya and Phoenix. They were the definition of a true friend. Ginger bossed up right away. She didn’t take shxt from no one nor did her frying pans 🤣🤣. Derek got exactly what his bxtchass deserved. I can’t wait for book 2.

Fun.
Ginger can’t seem to carry a cub no matter how hard she tries, and her boyfriend/future mate is not happy. Enter Gemini who was been waiting a lifetime to meet his mate. Once he meets Ginger he’s not letting her go.
I liked Ginger and Gemini. They were fierce when needed and soft with each other. Their interactions were the best even though I’m not sure why they kept putting off telling each other everything. At a point, it was starting to get annoying.
I liked all the supporting characters and it’s nice to see there will be more stories in this universe.
I understand the story ending the way it does, but I wanted to see them maybe farther into the future with cubs as that was a huge topic that was constantly talked about.

Good story plot

The story was definitely giving slow burn which isn’t my absolute favorite. I also feel like the story was very wordy and some scenes could’ve been condensed. I really enjoyed the story plot along with the action as well. The story also didn’t feel complete and kind of left on a cliffhanger. However, I am interested in Santana’s story with crimson. 💖

Sweet Love
Man I tired not to finish the book, but Fairy Queen u definitely put your foot in this book here. From the first page to the end this book had me laughing, crying and wanting to slap Derek ass with a frying pan. Gemini and Ginger make an awesome power couple. Can't wait to see what you have in-store for us next. I highly recommend this book.

Book was everything. Next in series please.
Jade, I have missed you so much nobody can tell a paranormal story like you can. You know I can't wait to see what happens with Ginger and Gem. And what's Gin family history. I want them to have a baby. And I also want there to be another saber tooth out there that they don't know of. I can't wait for Santana and crimson story. I do like the surprise from the phoenix pack. The action was everything . When you tell a shifter story you get the details so perfect that everything always lines up great. All authors can't do that and I really appreciate that. We know that they have dealt with the underworld before, so I can't wait to see what happens with that.

Pretty good book
This was a pretty good book but I had to stop a few times because the author made Ginger annoying. She had a few slow moments. One minute she's a reporter and saying she's realistic, go on facts, and don't like lies. YET she has no common sense and the biggest liar! It irked me how she brought up Derek to that man. Not to mention why think him after every sexual encounter with your MATE. I got so tired of seeing that name. I think Jeremy should have been killed. His jumping behind didn't have much character development but the back story wasn't that interesting anyway.

Sweetest Hearing indeed
This is a first time paranormal read for me from this author and I must admit she kept me very interested from page one to the last. All the good that Gem was doing all while knowing his body was slowly dying he showed no weakness.
Ginger unsure of her true identity or full potential was stuck in a relationship with a man that didn't deserve her he wanted to use her, he felt she was only good for certain things, therefore he felt when he cheated he was justify he truly wanted his cake and eat it to, he deserved everything he got to the very end can't wait to dive into more of these mafia eventures.

just read it!
So I e really been into paranormal lately and this book did not disappoint! Every other book is witches, vampires, shifters , wolfs etc. BUT THIS!!! Although it had a touch of these, the FMC and the MMC as well as their friends were feline 😱 omg I enjoyed the banter and how fast the story progressed. The fmc is a journalist and the mmc is an attorney/ mafia boss, who needs his mate to save his kind from extinction. This book was so well rounded I just really enjoyed it.

The Paranormal Fairy does it again
I love how the Phoenix Pack made an appearance because I missed that pack. Now this story was a roller coaster ride. Ginger’s fight with feeling inadequate and how Gemini showed her that there was nothing wrong with her. Now her ex was a real piece of work making her feel bad like it was her fault. Basically not realizing that because she is not his mate, they could have cubs. Now I hope this is not the end for these two and that guy Jeremy is a mystery and I can’t wait to see what that is about. Overall great read

To Find Your True Place
Jade Royal, oh my, this is my first read of yours and I loved it. It's a shame we all can't be at peace. Watching Gemini and Ginger find their path among the tribe. Gemini was such a rare person. Ginger had no clue how or who was gonna be able to understand her in the correct content. I love the loyalty of Hassan, Santana, Kiya, and Crimson had for each other. Ginger fit right in. I can't wait to read the next part

I read a reader's review of this book and they instantly had me hooked. I wanted to experience for myself what Ginger and Gemini had going on and I wasn't disappointed. I love Gemini, he is a true ancient alpha. Ginger is just as lovable. She wasn't a violent person in the least but baby girl didn't play about her mate Gemini who is EVERYTHING!!! He's way better than that dog azz feline Derek. This was a great story and I look forward to reading Santana and Crimson's story.💓💓

Thus wad a great read. I Thad suspense,crazy plot twists, action, mafia and love. This book gave everything in more . Who knew her ex was in in what was going on. But that ending I how or its a part two because I need to see is she can have cubs. I was hoping it would end with that and need to see if they defeat Jeremy. Awesome job I couldn't out thus book down.

refreshing
This took me back to the old jade royal. I absolutely loved everything about this book and kinda sad it not a whole series, like Hassan needs his own story, Ebonne and Ty and then the story of young Gemini and not to mention them and their legacy. It was written so well I finished in one day. Lol I was locked in 10/10

As usual this author did not come to play! It’s been a while since I checked out a book from her but when i saw the cover, I knew I was in for a treat! This book was packed with action so much action that I almost didn’t notice how long it took for the love making to start lol but don’t get me wrong this book was still good, I hope its not really the end!

I have so much to say but don’t want to give anything away. This story had so many twists and turns but I am a fan of the love this author cultivated between Gemini and Ginger. I’ve even got and started searching for new frying pans. Read this book if you haven’t already!

Great Story
However, I am sad that the one thing Ginger wants most is what this book denies us the joy of experiencing. Now I guess we’ll have to wait for Santana, Hassan, or Phoenix stories to get to Ginger and Gemini’s babies! Boooo!

Excellent work
I loved this book. It was definitely entertaining with Ginger’s smart mouth. I loved the topic of being unable to carry a fetus. So many women go through this daily and feel inadequate. I appreciate how Gem took her and loved her through it all.

I read this story when it came out awhile back but recently purchased it and wanted to read it again. I loved it even more the second time around and loved that Jade brought back a few familiar faces. Can't wait to read the next book.

Gemini was the man. He was the last of a dying breed. I just loved how powerful and protective he was of his mate. Jeremy has to be found and put down.
