Really great resource for any Neurodiverse couple, marriage counselor, trauma counselor, chaplain, social worker or pastor to read. Truly eye-opening, and led to more than I could ask or imagine! Fantastic lived experience, PLUS perspectives from both NT and ND partners as well as clinical expertise.
All the abbreviations could be challenging for someone not familiar with them, but one helpful thing could be to jot down the “key” she provided while you are reading it, until they become second nature.
