I follow Chrystal Evans Hurst's podcast. She's a lover of Jesus with a mission to build up and encourage people to understand how God made them and where they fit into the Kingdom. This book is an extension of that mission. It is broken up in 10 day sections, each section building upon the previous one. It is also a great opportunity to set aside time every day to dig into God's word.

Each day starts with scriptures, then a short explanation, then on the opposite page there is a call to action with room for journaling, then at the bottom of that page a prayer. This devotional journal is biblically based, insightful and a really great way to reflect on how God made you and how to use those talents and strengths to live how He desires us to live.

I'd recommend this book for anyone (it is geared toward women, but men would benefit from it as well) of ANY age.

This was a good get to know myself book, it had some good food for thought and take aways.

I enjoy Chrystal’s way of writing, it is like we are together and she understands much of where I am in life.
