Mandy Muse writes spicy adult romance. Born and raised in Texas, she is a stay at home mom with an imagination that has always left her daydreaming. When she is not writing, she is trying to keep three kids from playing with her laptop and keep them from learning how to read, so she never has to explain what mommy writes.
Luke and Camilla have made great strides strengthening their marriage after a low point. With better communication skills, Luke admitted he desires to be dominated in the bedroom. He’s a hot ex football star who absolutely adores his wife but wants nothing more than to submit to her behind closed doors. Camilla is open to trying new things so they decide to take a class from a professional dominatrix. They quickly find out where they fall in the BDSM world. Luke is a submissive and Camilla is a switch. We meet Genevieve. A dominatrix who enjoys teaching couples the lifestyle in a healthy and consensual way. This trio quickly realize that heavy feelings get involved and all are falling for one another other.
“My heart grew in size while we caught our breath. Tears stung my eyes as the feeling of rightness settled over me. It might not be ideal or conventional but I have never been more sure that Genevieve was supposed to be with us.”
I found this story was tasteful done. I love smut but it wasn’t all just smut. It was absolutely delicious and also quite emotional. All three characters had to learn to trust their own hearts and communicate their feelings with each other. It’s MF/MFF/FMF. HEA. And ending literally made me SO freaking happy for the fictional characters. Luke is literally the hottest man ever. 🥵
“I’ve learned my world is more colorful with you guys in it. You have given me hope for a brighter future and I will chase it like a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.” 5/5⭐️
Ummm... Is it 4 a.m. right now? Yes. Did I just binge-read both *Ours* and *Theirs* in one day? Also yes.
Is Mandy Muse now an auto-buy, one-click, "shut up and take my money" author for me? F*ck yes.
*Theirs* was EVERYTHING. Like, all the things I didn’t know I needed in a book, but now I’m obsessed with. This FFM romance is electric, heart-pounding, and deeply emotional all at once, and I *couldn’t* put it down. I’ve been dying for this book since I first heard about it, and let me tell you, it did *not* disappoint.
Genevieve, our confident and self-assured Domme, has built her world on control and keeping emotions at a safe distance. But then *Luke* and *Camila*—a married couple full of raw, honest love—walk into her life, and suddenly *everything* changes. Luke’s the submissive golden retriever, Camila’s a fierce and loving wife coming into her own power and sexuality, and together they have a chemistry with Genevieve that will set your heart and pages on fire.
I loved how the story delves into trust, power dynamics, and emotional vulnerability. It’s BDSM *with depth*. The way Genevieve navigates her walls, the way Camila and Luke explore their desires, and the way their relationship unfolds—both steamy and tender—was just *chef’s kiss*. There’s vulnerability, personal growth, and pure, messy human connection wrapped up in some seriously hot scenes.
This isn’t just a book about domination and submission—it’s a beautiful, raw, and deeply emotional journey. It’s messy, it’s complicated, it’s scorching, and it’s *so* worth the ride. I loved the way Mandy Muse blended heart and heat, and I was there for every second of it. The chemistry? OFF. THE. CHARTS. It’s heart-pounding, soul-searching, and *absolutely* unforgettable.
If you’re into a romance that explores trust, power, vulnerability, and the complexities of unconventional love—*Theirs* is your next must-read.
Review: OH MY GOD! This was such a hot book! Camila, Luke, and Genevieve set the pages on FIRE! Camila and Luke are married and they have had a few tough years but are so determined to make it work even if that means pushing outside of their comfort zones. Genevieve is a woman who loves to be in charge and have the control except when it comes to Luke and Camila. When they come into her life she feels things she has never experienced before. Loved. I loved all these characters but I really loved Camila and her growth. She was nervous of what Luke was needing in their marriage but she took it in stride because of her trust in her husband. I found her journey in and out of the bedroom was so relatable. This is a one hand read or a read where you have your significant other near! Everyone deserves to find their inner Domme!

ARC Review: Genevieve is a long time mistress who has a name in the BDSM world and has built up her clients over the years. She has been happy with her life and the role she plays…until Luke and Camila walk into her intro night class to learn about being a Dom & Sub and she can’t help but be pulled to each of them and both of them at the same time.
Luke is curious and wants to be dominated by his wife, Camila. BDSM is not present in their marriage and Camila is hesitant to try it out. After deciding they’d go to a class taught by a friend of a friend, their eyes are opened up to a whole new world.

Final Thoughts: Mandy outdid herself with this one! I really loved Ours (standalone book 1 in this series) but damn if I haven’t been salivating waiting for Genevieve’s story since Ours. Mandy did not disappoint. Trying to even choose my favorite quotes for this review was hard because I had so many amazingly spicy quotes highlighted in this one! I know FFM is not everyone’s jam but I must say out of the few I have read, this one takes the cake for me. If you’re looking for a strong MMC who likes to be submissive in the bedroom, a dominant FMC who has been in the BDSM world and a successful mistress for a long time but never found subs to stick around and a FMC who turns into a femdom in training that surprises both the MMC and mistress FMC…don’t let this one sit on your TBR for very long!
Theirs is book 2 in the possession series featuring Genevieve Noble, Luke and Camila Malone.
Luke and Camilla are a married couple who have been going to couples therapy to help save their marriage. At one session Luke revels that he wants to be dominated and this comes as quite a shock to Camila, but she’s willing to learn more.
A friend of Luke’s puts them in contact with someone who teaches classes and is a domme herself. Luke & Camila attend the class and this leads to them being more curious. They schedule a private class with the domme Genevieve.
What they don’t expect is feelings to develop between the three of them, but will continuing to explore this side of things push things to far and lead to the end of their marriage or will they discover that Genevieve was always meant to be theirs ?
I really enjoyed this book and it was the first time reading about a female dominant. I really enjoyed the characters and was rooting for them all to find their way in the end! This series is really good and I cant wait to see what comes next!
Thank you Mandy & The Author Agency for the ARC opportunity !
I knew this book was gonna be amazing just based on how much I loved "Ours."
I adored how vulnerable Luke was and how great the communication was throughout most of the book. Luke and Camilla already had their challenges but were finally in a better place. When Luke admitted he wanted to be dominated by his wife, that's when things got interesting for the couple and where our Mistress comes in! This was an interesting trio for many reasons, but I really liked their individual feelings and relationships toward each other. While I love reading about men begging on their knees, Camilla and Genevieve's relationship was on a whole different level for me because you got to see both of them really grow toward the end. Camilla became more confident and sure of herself while Genevieve was letting her walls down and accepting the fact that she deserved to be happy. The last 10-20% of the book had me going insane! With the way Genevieve was acting with Camilla and Luke around her sister, to unexpected deaths, then a hospital destination, it felt like the emotional trauma would never end lol. But the ending and bonus epilogue was perfect. I can't wait for "Mine."
Just the honestly that starts with our couple, made me super happy, they had a super hard time, you initially have an idea as to why, but your not 100% sure, working on their marriage was a process and when they go to a bdsm training that is where the real work begins even more, when Genny comes into the picture you can see she is a strong independent woman, but she also is already thinking that she does not want to be alone anymore just doesn't know how to not be, Lucas and Celeste benefited in this lifestyle since it takes more communication than they had to have them before, Genny has to learn to lean on them even when things are hard, and Celeste and Lucas have to learn to also communicate with Genny, which is hard because they are not used to communicating with a 3rd person, but the way that they Lucas and Celeste knew each other was wow! The only part that hurt my heart was the epilogue, but then it was glued back together immediately
I didn't plan on finishing this book in one day but I have ZERO regrets.
This book was absolutely DELCIOUS. We meet Camila and Luke. Luke wants to be dominated. His wife, Camila wants to dominate. Genevieve is the one who's going to help them. I love the character growth of each MC especially Camila! Their HEA was hard earned and these three have earned being one of my favorite throuples.
This book had me sweating and I loved it!! Theirs was written with all the spice between 3 people who you would think had nothing in common. Camila and Luke meet Genevieve who is supposed to be their teacher in the world of all things Femdom. But after one class it’s clear that they have left an impact on her and that has her confused and not knowing how to understand her feelings for the married couple.
It takes a lot of maneuvering and communication but eventually they come to an understanding that seems to work for everyone.
Theirs was wonderfully written (multiple first person POVs), all characters were developed perfectly and the spice was spicing. I can’t wait to see what else Mandy comes out with!

Fierce, Brave, Sultry and Steamy This is a new to me author and I was presently surprised how much I enjoyed this book. Married couple Luke and Camila are missing something in their marriage, they love each other a great deal but when Luke confessed he wanted to be dominated in their therapy session things changed. They mutual friend suggested a local mistress Genevieve. Lust at first sight or love? The magnets are pulling the trio together in all the best ways!
From going to therapy telling your wife that you want to be dominated to getting that and more! Sign me up!
Camila and Genevieve together Chef’s Kiss. The character development for both of them amazing! Luke being the ultimate submissive, but also a MAN outside of the bedroom perfection.
I’m honestly super disappointed by this book… this was exactly the same as the first book in that every single chapter up to the third-act was amazing. I was loving the storyline and the characters. But, just like the first in this series, once I hit the third act break up of this book, it was completely ruined for me.
Basically (in an attempt not to spoil fully), one character of the 3 MCs f*cks up in the conflict. Then they f*ck up even further in the aftermath of the conflict to the point where I really can’t look past it and no longer like the character. And then instead of the character resolving what they did and groveling, something happens to them or another MC or a side character that makes the other MCs “realize what’s important in life” and leads to them making excuses for the character who messed up and then whoopty-doo the issue is solved and no one is mad anymore???
I honestly can’t stand it, it ruined the first book in the series for me and it ruined this one. I was skimming at 85% and didn’t even read the last 2 chapters.
I feel like a hater writing this review but I’m so mad because that element of the story is copy and paste from the first one and I was really hoping this book would have a different outcome.
ARC Review It was going great till a very long time and I was loving the book and the characters but then the drama started and I am so sorry to say that it was literally unnecessary, it could have been avoided. Just because of all that unnecessary drama, my experience of reading this book was almost ruined. I love Mandy Muse's books and I am saddened that this book couldn't be what it had the potential for.

During the couples therapy session, when Luke confesses to his wife Camila that he wants to be dominated in bedroom, things get awkward between them. Luke feels guilty about saying the truth of what he wants and Camila feels guilty of not being able to give what her husband desires. So when Camila returns home after her work day, they both talk about what Luke said, how each of them feel about it and what they should do moving forward. After they decide to give Luke’s request a try, he contacts his friend Vincent to ask for help. Vincent suggests Luke that he and Camila should attend the class hosted by his close friend Genevieve who teaches women to find their inner dominatrix.
When Luke and Camila arrives for the class, they catch Genevieve attention who gets enamored by them and starts having thoughts of having both Luke and Camila as her subs. During the class, Luke and Camila too are smitten by Genevieve and her Dom personality. After the class, they decide to go The Atelier (Sex Club) for newbie night. When Genevieve notices them at the club, she comes to meet them and the 3 of them starts having conversation. Upon seeing how popular Genevieve is amongst the patrons, Luke and Camila get jealous and possessive for her. Genevieve offers to show Camila and Luke what a Domme looks like in action and when they see Genevieve dominating a couple, their need and desire for each other combusts, consuming them like never before. After that experience, Camila decides that she wants to learn how to be a Domme and emails Genevieve regarding one-on-one learning sessions.
Genevieve’s attraction towards Luke and Camila has increased after 2 encounters which concern her as she has never felt what she feels for them. So when Camila reaches out for one-on-one learning sessions, Genevieve is hesitant but ends up giving in her desire for them and invites them to her house for their first session. Before they go for their session, Luke and Camila lay out everything in open and are on same page on what they want and expect from these sessions. With each session, sexual attraction amongst the 3 of them increases and Luke and Camila starts to develop feelings for Genevieve after they end up spending some time with her outside their sessions too.
Due to her shitty childhood, Genevieve has learned to keep her feelings and her heart under lock so that no one can hurt her. But spending time with Luke and Camila in and out of bedroom causes her to develop feelings for both of them and this terrifies her. So when Genevieve’s sister sees her with Luke and Camila, Genevieve panics, doesn’t introduce them to each other and behaves rudely with Luke and Camila. This behavior deeply hurts Luke and Camila and they cut contact with Genevieve. To get over Luke and Camila, Genevieve accepts a request from an old client but ends up regretting her decision. This incident makes her realize that she is in love with both Luke and Camila and wants to be with them. When Genevieve contacts Camila to see if she can go to their house to talk, Camila gives her a cold shoulder but upon Luke’s insistence, she invites Genevieve to come to talk. But before they can talk things out, Luke gets bad news about his family and Luke and Camila have to leave. Genevieve checks-in with Camila everyday and asks if she could come to them for support. When Genevieve doesn’t come and Camila can’t reach her, she panics and can feel something is wrong. On their way back, Luke and Camila find out the reason why Genevieve couldn’t make it and rushes to Genevieve for support. Seeing Luke and Camila gives Genevieve relief as she is not alone anymore and feels accepted by the married couple. Genevieve is positively overwhelmed by how Luke and Camila shows their unconditional love towards her by taking care of her during the time of need.
At the end Genevieve realizes she is not her mother and loving Luke and Camila is not a weakness. She apologizes for her behavior, asks for forgiveness and confesses her love for both Luke and Camila. They forgive her and welcome her with open arms and promise of unconditional love, care and support. Luke’s confession during their therapy session brought them to Genevieve who was the missing part they didn’t know they needed and now that they have her, their relationship is complete.
Mandy has done a very good job with the story telling and writing the 3 main characters. Luke’s character is the definition of Golden Retriever husband. He doesn’t give up on their marriage when they hit a rough and rocky patch and is ready to work on their marriage by going to couples therapy, always prioritizes his wife, is supportive of her career, is humble and is not afraid to show his vulnerability. Whereas Camila’s character is sweet but strong, understanding and respectful towards her husband’s desires, protective of her husband’s feelings and open minded to try anything to get their marriage back on track. Genevieve is a classic Domme who doesn’t like to rely on anyone, keeps everyone at arms length and is terrified to fall in love. I absolutely loved reading how Luke and Camila are honest and truthful with each other during every step while they discover this new side of their relationship, their regularly check-in with each other and their readiness to either try or give up on their desire if their partner is uncomfortable. And was disappointed when Genevieve fights her feeling for Luke and Camila instead of leaning in it. This story has sweet moments, heartbreaking scenes, flirty and romantic dialogues and spicy as hell chapters. If you like reading Why Choose with FFM, you should definitely add this to your TBR.
3.89⭐️⭐️⭐️ this was enjoyable to read just like “Ours” the first book in the series , this was my first FFM romance and it was a good timeeee . The genuine love , compassion, and communication Camilla and Luke ha melted my hearttt u could just feel how much they love each other and then adding Genevieve to the mix?? Even better this was a good time of a book.
💋FFM 💋Femdom 💋Married Couple 💋Femdom in Training 💋Submissive Golden Retriever 💋BDSM 💋Voyeurism & Exhibitionism
This was a definite improvement over the first book in the Possession series, in my opinion. The writing in this one was less rigid and flowed much better compared to Ours, and the story progressed nicely for the most part.
I was happy when I found out Genevieve was going to be in this one, because she definitely seemed like a character with more to give, and I could also tell Luke would be an interesting character from his brief appearance in Ours. I didn't know what to expect from Camila, but I absolutely loved her as a bratty switch. Every time she fought an order or pushed back against Genevieve, I was so excited to see where those two would take it, since Genevieve was such a natural and formidable domme.
Knowing that Luke and Camila had just come out the other side of some traumatic events in their marriage, and that they were in marriage counseling when Luke confessed his desire to submit to Camila, made me nervous how their relationship would be handled by adding Genevieve into the mix. However, Mandy took extra care to show the open communication and care Luke and Camila gave each other the entire time, with both of them constantly making sure the other was comfortable and felt seen and heard in all that was happening. I also appreciated Genevieve's reluctance to get into anything with them, since she knew they were in counseling and she didn't want to throw any wrenches into their relationship. It all showed a lot of emotional maturity from every one of them.
Overall, the story was good and I enjoyed all of the characters and their arcs, and I plan on continuing the series. There were a few places the book fell short for me, and they affected my rating because they took me out of the story enough that I was noticing the issues in the moment.
First, it was too long. The writing in this book was less rigid, but it was still drawn out and the scene descriptions and exposition were often just a bit too much. There were many times I found myself skimming a descriptive paragraph because it just felt like minutiae that I didn't need to know. Next, the BDSM and kink were good and plentiful, and the spicy scenes were plenty hot, but they felt a little shallow and I didn't really feel like they explored as much as I expected them to. It seemed like they did a lot of the same stuff over and over, and the power dynamics were interesting but a little lacking in development for me too. It's hard to explain, I just feel like something was missing from that aspect of the relationship. Also, there were way too many conflicts and traumatic events. I felt like they were just being used as plot devices to show the strength of the connections between the characters, but they felt unnecessary. Like, how much do they all have to suffer and fight for their relationship before they get to be happy? And finally, the communication issues were just annoying. When you enter into a relationship specifically and constantly stating that communication is paramount like Genevieve did and like Luke & Camila agreed to, and then everyone starts hiding things because they're scared of their feelings, it's just obnoxious and avoidable. You'll be hard-pressed to find me enjoying any kind of miscommunication/communication issues in any book, and this one was no exception.
Again, I did enjoy the overall story, and I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys the above tropes and is looking for a spicy FFM love story with plenty of heat and heart. I don't think you need to read Ours first, but it does give you an introduction to Genevieve that gets you ready for what to expect from her at first in this book. And Vincent and Easton from Ours make appearances in Theirs, as well, so it could help to know their back story and how they know Genevieve and Luke.
*I received an advanced copy of this book and am leaving an honest review.

Star: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.25
Theirs by Mandy Muse delves into the tantalising and deeply personal world of a dominatrix whose carefully crafted life is disrupted by the unexpected allure of a couple seeking her guidance. Genevieve, a woman who embodies confidence and self-sufficiency, has built her career and identity around fulfilling the desires of others while keeping her own emotions tightly guarded. Known simply as "sex" in her world, she views herself as a highly skilled mistress, each arrangement meticulously documented with contracts that prevent emotional entanglements. Her life is one of structured intimacy and controlled encounters—until she meets Luke and Camila, a couple who desire something different. Luke, who longs to be dominated, and Camila, eager to take on the role of a dominant, enter her life not as typical clients but as two people in search of a connection that goes beyond simple lessons.
From the start, Theirs builds tension between the professional and personal, as Genevieve finds herself not only challenged by the desires of Luke and Camila but also stirred by her own long-suppressed longing for closeness. Mandy Muse does a masterful job exploring the internal conflict of a character who has always viewed emotional involvement as a liability. As she teaches them about the boundaries and depths of dominance and submission, her own boundaries begin to blur, and the walls she’s built start to crack.
Luke and Camila are not mere clients; they are a reflection of something Genevieve desires but has always deemed unattainable. As they work together, Genevieve’s perspective shifts, and her emotional defences weaken. Luke’s need for submission and Camila’s journey into dominance create an unusual yet harmonious balance that beckons Genevieve closer to something she’s never allowed herself to experience—a sense of belonging and mutual understanding. For the first time, she feels what it might be like to be a part of something greater than herself, a sense of “us” that she’s always viewed from a distance.
Mandy Muse’s prose is as emotionally charged as the story itself, blending intense scenes of intimacy with moments of profound introspection. Through Genevieve’s journey, Mandy Muse explores themes of identity, vulnerability, and self-acceptance, delving into the complexities of unconventional love and the unexpected beauty that can emerge when one lets down their guard. Each encounter with Luke and Camila becomes a stepping stone toward Genevieve’s emotional awakening, as she grapples with whether she can truly be more than a service provider to them.
At the same time, Theirs addresses the importance and risks of emotional contracts in relationships, especially in those that don’t conform to traditional norms. Geneviev’s reliance on contracts to keep feelings at bay serves as a symbolic armour against the pain of unfulfilled desire. But as her connection with Luke and Camila deepens, she realises that no contract can protect against the vulnerabilities that come with genuine attachment.
Theirs is an evocative and daring novel, blending sensuality with the rawness of self-discovery. It’s a story that asks hard questions about trust, love, and the sacrifices we’re willing to make to feel truly connected. For those interested in romances that explore the intricacies of human connection and the courage required to open oneself up, Theirs is a compelling and unforgettable journey into the heart’s most guarded desires.
OMG! Absolutely yes! I have to say that I often feel like the theme of sex clubs has become a bit overused. However, my thoughts did not apply to this particular book at all. In fact, I found myself completely, finishing it in a single day because I simply couldn't put it down. This was my first experience with Mandy as an author, but I can confidently say she's one whose future works I am eager to dive into.
The story revolves around Camila and Luke, a couple attending counseling in an effort to repair their marriage. As they navigate their challenges, an unexpected conversation arises when Luke reveals that he has a desire to explore being submissive in their intimate life. This honesty between them sparks a series of discussions, with Camila expressing her willingness to experiment with this dynamic. To truly understand, she even takes the initiative to conduct some research, about BDSM and related practices.
Together, they make the bold decision to visit a sex club, hoping to learn more about this new territory and to connect with a professional. It is at this club that they meet Genevieve, a captivating and confident femdom. Right from the start, there is an undeniable attraction among the three of them, creating a dynamic that is both complex and intriguing. As Camila and Luke begin to attend private classes with Genevieve, the lessons quickly evolve into something far more profound and transformative.
What I particularly appreciated about this narrative is its exploration of not just the physical aspects of their experiences, but also the emotional layers that come into play. Genevieve, who is accustomed to entering contract relationships, finds herself drawn to this married couple in a way she hadn't anticipated, ultimately choosing not to impose a contract on their interaction. This decision invites a richer exploration of their desires, boundaries, and the shifting power dynamics between them.
Throughout the book, I loved how the characters navigated their feelings—both together and individually. Their journey is not merely about exploring new sexual territories; it’s also about deepening their understanding of themselves and each other. The way they communicate and grow throughout this process made the reading experience incredibly enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend this book to anyone looking for a unique take on relationships and intimacy.

I had not previously read any other book by Mandy Muse, but now she is added to my TBR because I need to know the story preceding this one! This is book 2 in “The Posession” series. The precious book is titled “Ours”, and “Mine” is due out in 2025.
Camila and Luke are a couple who are in therapy after some heartbreaking trauma (pregnancy loss is mentioned but not experienced on page) and during therapy, Luke expresses a desire to be a submissive in the bedroom. Camila feels confused and Luke is worried that he has upended his marriage by expressing his desires. At a crossroads, they decide to find some perspective. A mutual friend helps Luke and Camila connect with Genevieve, a woman who helps women connect with their inner dominatrix. And from this introduction a budding connection is born.
I love the insta-lust trope and between these 3 it is magnetic. Camila and Luke have a relatively healthy relationship and I love how their meeting with Genevieve opens their heart to all the possibilities of their love and exploration in the bedroom. Genevieve has never felt the connection of love and it is abundantly clear that Camila and Luke are unlike any couple she has been “contracted” with. The story delicately explores her desire for attachment but also her inner struggle to let herself feel her feelings.
The spice in this book is HOT and well written. I love the dynamic between the two females in the relationship, and Camila identities as a “switch” in the relationship; meaning she is both dominant and submissive. I love how she gives her husband permission to explore his own needs and develop a bond with Genevieve.
If you are looking for a well-written FFM romance, THIS book is for you. It is full of spice, but it is also a beautiful story of growing together with your partner and acknowledging sides of yourself you never knew existed until you found the missing piece.
This is the first book by this author that I’ve read and now I need to go back and read Ours. I have read a lot of books that are why choose or polyamorous relationships, but I thought that this book was such a perfect depiction of a poly relationship that develops with an existing couple and involving a Domme/Sub/ Switch dynamic. I am always very wary when reading FFM stories because they can be done so poorly. But this story did such a good job of showing the love and trust required in on of these relationships without making it seem cheap and gross. I also appreciate any story that involves D/s topics that actually take the time and show everything that goes into these relationships. I thought it was a perfect example when Camila looked on the internet and it scared her, but Luke assured her that was not really what it was like. This book showed that they are much more involved and require a lot of work and training.
Luke and Camila were such a great couple. At the beginning, you could tell that even though they were fighting to save their marriage, both parties would do whatever they could for their partner. I think Camila may have been my favorite character in the book. It is so hard to recognize and accept that you identify as a switch. The dominant and submissive sides often battle each other. What we see in the beginning is her inner struggle. But when she begins to understand and acknowledge who she is, she is perfect, even if with her found strength also comes some stubbornness.
Genevieve is someone that seems so strong but might be the most fragile person in this story. Because of her past she is so guarded, that it is almost impossible for her to let anyone in. She knows what she wants and how she feels, but her fear often keeps her from easily getting it.
Of course, this book is spicy, and it might seem from a first glance that there isn’t much plot outside of the spice. But because of the topics, the spice is the plot. I absolutely enjoyed the spicy scenes, but I actually really enjoyed the story and the. Characters the most. This is definitely a story you might want to look at the warnings, but it is a very good story if you are okay with people being open about their desires.

Looking to spice up their marriage and reconnect after experiencing some woes, while in marriage counseling, Luke shares with his wife that he wants to be dominated. In an effort to spice up their relationship, the two of them seek the help of established femdom, Genevieve, to help teach Camila and introduce them to the world of BDSM. And well...you'll just have to read the book to find out what happens next week.
Genevieve, Camila, and Luke's relationship was so genuine and unlike other books that I've read before. They just fit so seamlessly together, despite for the amount of time that Camila and Luke have been together already. I absolutely adored the golden retriever, cinnamon roll energy of Luke and seeing a man on his knees for his women is 🥵🥵. Camila was such a bada** fmc that really took no crap and I loved how supportive she was of Luke in wanting to explore this side of him. And Genevieve, oh my bb Genevieve. Her walls are built sooo high and are so similar to every other hard-to-reach MMC that you typically read in stories, and Luke and Camila were the perfect ones to tear ALLLL of them down. I had some weird feelings about Luke having sex with Genevieve, just because he and Camila are married, but beyond that, the spice and scenes were amazingggg. The three of them really meant to be, and like after getting over the Luke and Genevieve having sex, it was fineeee heheheh. I love how all of Mandy's story include plot and are not just smut, and I really liked the hardships that each of these characters are going through and how they support one another through those tough times, showing how they really are stronger as one, rather than individually.

Mandy has done it again! Theirs is the second book in the Possession Series but you don't have to read Ours in order to read this one. It's just highly recommended so you don't spoil another couple or what happens.
Luke and Camilla are absolutely adorable. They are perfectly in sync with one another, and you can tell they truly care for each other. But one day during therapy Luke blurts out that he wants to be dominated, a secret that he kept for awhile now. At first, Camilla didn't know what to say or think but after some time she agreed to learn what it entails and informed herself on the topic. With the help of Vincent (Luke's friend) they joined a class taught by a dominatrix, Genevieve and got more than they paid for. Genevieve is an independent woman who loves what she does and is perfectly fine with being alone. No one to let you down or disappoint you that way. But when this couple comes into her class for the first time something clicks, and they are all she can think about and vice versa. So, when they offer to take a one-on-one class of course she agreed even if her heart was on the line.
I love how each couple developed throughout the story. Camilla got more confidence in herself and learned to demand things in and out of the bedroom. Luke learned to submit but in a way that means he lifted some weight off his shoulders and let they Dom take care of him. And Genevieve, she grew the most. She learned how to love someone and let them in. She also learned how to give up control because even though it's the scariest thing to do, it's also an amazing feeling to know someone will catch you when you fall.
Theirs is full of smut and plot. I feel like Mandy did an amazing job balancing out the spicy scenes to the right moment, so it became more powerful than just s3x. I was constantly kept on edge just waiting for the other shoe to drop like Genevieve. I can't wait to see what's next because this series is becoming a favorite of mine of Mandy's, and I wonder who the next couple will be. Maybe the submissive hockey player? Or Genevieve's sister?
I am over here, asking myself why I took so long to listen to my friend Lakshmi recommending Mandy Muse all this time?! I read Ours just prior and I was hooked, and with Theirs, it allowed my new found addiction to take a hold. My cherry has been officially popped and I am here to stay.
Camila and Luke are a married couple, who have had some painful issues to face, that has seen them talk to a marriage counsellor. During one of these sessions, Luke discloses he would like to be a submissive, on his knees, for a dominatrix (Domme). I mean Luke is an ex NFL Player turned chef and how he is described, just the fact he was thinking this way was hella hot. Camila is a fashion designer and sees how spicing things up in the bedroom may just be the key, even if she is initially like WTF. If you have read Ours, you will have been introduced to Genevieve. Genevieve is a Domme, and offers classes to those wanting to learn more about the kink community in a safe environment. Camila and Luke decide to go to one of these classes, and are immediately taken with Genevieve, in fact, this feeling is also apparent in our Domme as well.
This dynamic goes from strength to strength with Camila exploring both her dominant side, and her submissive (switch), Luke being the most delicious submissive in the bedroom, but he is the absolute golden retriever who knows how to care for his women, and Genevieve navigating a life she never believed could be possible, and there is some struggles. The spice is off the chats, but the love between them all is palpable thru the words on the page. This HEA had me crying it was friggen amazing and so so beautiful. I am off to read Mandy's entire back catalogue, and I cannot wait for her next book in this series. Mandy Muse, I am on my knees for more books.
The storytelling is engaging, and the depth of the three main characters—Luke, Camila, and Genevieve—keeps the reader captivated from start to finish.
Luke’s character shines as the quintessential “Golden Retriever husband.” He embodies unwavering loyalty and determination, refusing to let a rough patch in their marriage break them. His willingness to prioritize his wife, attend couples therapy, and show vulnerability sets him apart as a beautifully written partner.
Camila, on the other hand, is sweet yet fiercely strong. Her respect for Luke’s needs and feelings, coupled with her openness to trying new things to mend their relationship, makes her incredibly relatable. She’s the perfect balance of understanding and courage, protective of her husband while navigating their evolving desires.
Genevieve is the classic Domme—independent, guarded, and hesitant to let love in. Her struggle to open herself up adds an emotional depth to the story. While her reluctance to embrace her feelings for Luke and Camila can be frustrating, it’s a testament to the complexity of her character.
One of the book’s strongest elements is the way Luke and Camila approach their relationship’s transformation. Their honesty, constant check-ins, and willingness to adapt or step back if needed reflect a mature and thoughtful exploration of their desires. The dynamic between the trio is equally compelling, blending sweet and heartbreaking moments with sizzling, steamy chemistry.
For fans of FFM romances with a “Why Choose” element, this book is a must-read. It’s a story filled with flirty, romantic dialogue, spicy scenes, and emotional growth that will leave you thinking long after the last page. Add it to your TBR—you won’t regret it!
ARC Review of Theirs by Mandy Muse🌶️🍣👩🏻🎨🎨🏈👨🏻🍳💍💘👗❄️📚
This book was pure magic. Camila and Luke’s love was already strong, but when Genevieve entered their lives, it became something extraordinary. This FFM romance swept me off my feet, it’s obviously sexy, but also so tender and full of heart.
Camila comes into her own power, Luke’s the sweetest, most devoted partner, and Genevieve? She’s the confident Domme who never knew she was missing something until she found them. Their connection is electric, and the chemistry between them is out of this world.
What I loved most was the way it explored trust and vulnerability with such depth. This isn’t just about passion; it’s about finding yourself and finding love in places you never expected. Mandy Muse captured the raw, messy beauty of real connection, and I loved every second of it.
If you want a romance that’s full of heat, heart, and the power of true intimacy, Theirs is a must-read. It’s unforgettable. 🩵
“Finding someone that makes you happy is not a weakness. It's empowering and you should see it as a gift. As it is, we have to deal with so much in life, and if we find something that makes life easier and happier then why would you let that go?”
“I’ll always be yours,” I said softly. “No matter what, you’ll always be my home.” “Always,” they said as they kissed my shoulder, my cheeks and anything they could get to.
‼️Book coming out November 22nd on Amazon, and I'm already so excited for everyone to read it and love it as much as I did‼️
