I knew I was going to be sad when this series came to an end, but I didn't realize on how tough it was going to be moving forward. This series has me in chockhold since book one and now we are at the end and I don't know what to do with myself. This book series and this book in particular has given me the strength to seek help with my own trauma and insecurities. I absolutely loved the character growth in this. Absolutely outstanding.
Alena-she has grown so fast into becoming my favorite female character of Leia King's. The way her trauma and insecurities were met with emotions that most people don't completely understand was phenomenal. I loved seeing her move forward in her development.
Orpheus-we got to see the root of all his being in this final book and it answered so many mysteries that I had for him. A certain part in this book (you have to read it to understand) had me sobbing and having to put my device down. It was to much for my heart to handle. Love him so much!
Xavier-going from the emotional rollercoaster in the second book and seeing the outcome in this final book was astounding. I loved watching him move to being the best he ever could have imagined and that he kept true to himself. His romantic heart is so swoony worthy that it melts not just my heart! (Wink wink)
Talon- Our favorite fire bird, not enough words exist for how much I need him in my life. Once you meet him and get to know how he works all you see is how amazing he truly is. I wish he was real so I could never leave him. He got what he finally deserved and the ending was to perfect! (You HAVE to read this to find out)
Saryan- oh he is definitely my knew shadow daddy, I need a novella for him please!
Elliott- oh our sweet powerful sorcerer, I love him and need more! Especially with that little dirty twist Leia threw in there!!
If you haven't read this series, you are definitely missing out! Drop whatever you are doing and grab this must read right away!! You will not be disappointed!!

New Beginnings
This book brought emotions to the forefront of the characters and the readers. All the characters have gone through so much in the first two books but this one gives so much more than that. Along with the war raging with all involved, a mother trying to kill her son, an evil hybrid vampire trying to kill all those that apposed him, there finally is a silver/gold lining to it all. I'm not going to tell y'all all the good parts cause you honestly need to read in order for that to happen. What I will say is that the ending had me in tears with Haven House & finding a toddler Phoenix.

I do love this series. Orpheus grew on me in the end. There wasn’t a resolution to the Cornwell situation, like it being discussed in the foursome. As well one thing that would have made it better was a one on one scene with Alena and Talon. As well as more one on one scenes in the second and third books. It’s definitely worth the read!

Excellent!
I strongly recommend this series and I will definitely be reading more books by Leia King.
If the explicit sex or MM content makes you uncomfortable, skip past those scenes. The overall story and well developed characters with the growth they show absolutely make a little discomfort worth it.

Ok
This series just wasn't my jam. I really can't figure out why I struggled to get through it because I don't think the writing is necessarily bad. It just bored me. I normally read every chance I get, but with this series I forced myself to pick up the book and finish it. I didn't really care for the characters. The plot was fine, but it just didn't keep my attention.

great ending
Absolutely sated with this ending. Fantastic. I was skeptical to be honest because of all the open concepts that needed to come to completion with this serious but boy did Leia King deliver. Even the few parts you could guess you were waiting on edge second guessing yourself.

Fabulous conclusion
Love the bond these four have and the the way they support one another. I loved seeing a more sweeter side to Sayran and Elliott find some happiness. Lots of action and a rush against time to figure everything out. Wonderful ending to this series.

This was an ok series, didn’t care for the pet names they seemed a bit immature for my taste and the sex scenes were a bit much and fast for as soon as the happened in the relationship. The writing was okay!

Very enjoyable
I really enjoyed this book and loved the characters. I'm glad everything worked out for them and they got rid of Constantine and Lenora.

Loved the series

Absolutely fantastic ending to the trilogy. Even though it’s the last book, it’s still action all the way! No slowing down til the very last page.
The heirs do get their HEA, but it is definitely fought for and earned. One of the best series I’ve read.

Awesome Trilogy of books!
I loved this whole story. The fact that it's balanced with some great parents even makes it better. The various relationships are perfect as well as super steamy. Awesome work Leia King. ❤️
