This is not a book, this is a pamphlet that's been copy/pasted, with ever-so-slight variations, over and over again throughout the chapters. Nearly every chapter is some superficial one-line or one-paragraph statement that's then repeated without ever delving deeper into anything approaching substantive advice. For example, time-blocking and visual timers are repeated at least 4 times in the same chapter without ever giving a concrete example. Same for "tips" like "minimize distractions," "break tasks down into actionable steps," or "communicate openly with people in your life about ADHD." There's never any how, just repetition of what and a tiny bit of why.
