When I first saw the title for this one, I was confused. Then I realized that wrath the equivalent of the Deadly Sin of Anger. I think it's better to call it wrath instead of anger because there is such thing as righteous anger and that's not a sin.
I've noticed that in every book so far there is a chapter called "I Met a Girl." And in every book, it seems that the girls cause Rolland's problems (both directly and indirectly).
Dragon Slayer Maxim for Charah, the Blue Dragon of Wrath: "You can not hide from the dragon's toxin, either slay or be slain there is no third option."
BATTLE CRY FOR CHARAH The blue dragon is just like a storm on the sea, A tempest of fury without a reprieve. The heart is consumed with anger and rage, Wrath is the spotlight on this dragon's stage. But peace can be found, just ask JPII, His witness is like the sky oh so blue. He forgave his assassin, like our Lord on the cross, Slaying the dragon so souls won't be lost. When wrath creeps inside you and you want it to cease, The armor of choice are the boots of peace.
I was disappointed in this book. There were quite a bit of crude jokes or references in it that I definitely didn't want my kids hearing. I really wish it had been handled differently because my kids were really enjoying these books but I had to be done with them after getting to the part in this book where they toilet paper someone's house and joke about the runs and going #2 and such.
This 5th entry in the series had some really great messages about anger, wrath, unforgiveness wrapped up in another lesson for our main character, Rolland Paterlot. Lots of lessons here and I recognized so many things from my own past. Loved it!
