My reviews always contain spoilers, I write them so I can remember the story.

Ryland is the last Johnson brother, he is a single dad to a little boy, Case. The birth mother is not in the picture so father and son rely on the help of the whole family. What’s missing in their lives is Sutton Rawlins, both Johnson men have a thing for her.
Sutton is a young woman who unfortunately in her grief over losing her mother married the wrong man, Shane, a one time hometown football hero who is a lazy, unemployed, abusive loser. She has divorced him a few months back but hasn’t kicked him out of her house yet. She’s been to busy working and going to school to get her degree in teaching.
When Rylans sees her walking home in the cold he gives her a ride home. His little boy Case loves her, he calls her his Sutty. She gets to see him regularly when he and his grandma come into the diner she works at.
Ryland and Sutton dance around their attraction to one another, things change when Shane beats Sutton badly, she ends up in the hospital and the whole Johnson family is there for her. To help protect her Ryland tells her she is going to come stay with him and Case at their house. She’s worried that the sweet little boy will see her all beat up and bruised and be scared of her. But Case is a very sweet natured boy who is good for her bruised soul.
Sutton and Ryland get closer as they spend time together, a week later they have their fist time together. It’s hot. They soon fall into a routine, like a family.
Shane is in jail for beating Sutton and because they found drugs in his room, enough that they were holding him longer. But he does bond out, comes over to Sutton’s house while the guys and Sutton are packing up her personal belongings. When Shane comes to the house and threatens Sutton, Ryland is ready to kill him but the brothers and Sutton talk him down. They both say I love you. Shane is taken back to jail to await trial.
Back home things go back to normal again, they are both busy, a little boy to take care of, Sutton back to work and doing her school work, and Ryland working the ranch. They get a little alone time one morning, which leads to the sexiest scene in the book, Ryland takes her out for a ride on his horse. He has her wear a dress and they have horseback sex, very hot and they finish at the family cabin. Lots of I love yous.
Epilogue three months later with them engaged and her graduating. Bonus downloadable epilogue one year later with a baby girl. Case is the best big brother and the whole family is getting ready for a Johnson family photo shoot.
Her ex-husband, Shane got 20 years for the beating, drugs, and gun possession.

This is an entertaining protective, alpha romance book that holds your attention captive from beginning to end. The storyline is intriguing and dramatic as the elements unfold. The characters are well written with steamy chemistry together. I enjoyed this book.

I have been anticipating Ryland’s fall and his beautiful forever. Does have some triggers.
Sutton has been independent and hard working to get herself a better life. Ryland has watched her from afar thinking she is off limits until a secret is dropped that makes it game on. Loved all the rowdy dirty talking possessive Johnson brothers finding their loves. The warmth of how the family rallies around Sutton is heartwarming. Case steals the show. Lovely series.

OMG!!! WOW!! Fab*u*lous Absolutely love this one!! I couldn't put this one down. This was a nice quick, short read.

Ryland and Sutton know each other because their mother's were best friends. Ryland knows he can't have Sutton because she's married. Ryland is a single dad and takes his son Case to the diner where Sutton works. When Ryland sees Sutton walking home one day he gives her a ride home. Sutton tells Ryland that she's divorced from her husband but he won't leave her home. Ryland looks into this matter with his brother Lawson's His to Own best friend Fletcher Wild Ride who is a cop. Ryland's mother Catherine makes sure to get Sutton some clothes when she goes into town. Sutton's mother passed away when she was going to college and Ryland's mother has helped her out. Ryland picks up Sutton from the diner the following day to take her home and gives her the things his mother purchased for her. When Sutton gets home her ex-husband isn't home yet. Sutton is able to clean the house without him yelling at her. The following morning Sutton is running late when her ex-husband gets up and tells her what her heard her saying in the middle of the night. Sutton's ex-husband accuses her of cheating on him, but she tells him she didn't and now they are no longer married. Sutton's ex-husband then lays hands on her when he finally leaves she call the sheriff's and passes out. Ryland is checking on the family cabin when the call comes in about Sutton. Ryland goes with the sheriff and Sutton is rushed to the hospital. Ryland is there when Sutton wakes up and tells her she's coming home with him. Ryland's family rallies around him helping him with his son Case and Sutton. Sutton takes a few weeks to heal and the whole time Ryland takes off work to take care of her. When Sutton finally gets the all clear from her doctors she goes to check out her mother's home only to find it was destroyed by her ex-husband. Ryland tells Sutton he'll bring in his brothers to help clean up and repair the damage to her home. Sutton thinks it's best that she rent out the home since Ryland wants her living with him. Sutton continues on her college work to become an elementary school teacher. Three months later, Sutton graduates with all the Johnson's family there to support her. Ryland and Case asks Sutton to marry them and she tells them yes. Sutton has a surprise for Ryland she's pregnant. Sutton has a job waiting for her at Arrowleaf Elementary School. Sutton loves her two men and they love her.

Book six of The Rowdy Johnson Brothers and Ryland, Sutton and the adorable Case were worth the wait. Can we just start with Case he is absolutely the star of the show with his adorable little braces, boots, hat and "my Sutty". He's just such a sweet little boy that you want to pick up and cuddle and I can definitely see why Sutton would fall hard for him and obviously his Dad Ryland.
Ryland while be a single Dad and working on the ranch has his eye on Sutton, but circumstances out of his control out a dampener on him claiming his woman. Sutton had herself a situation that she's working on getting herself out of, but wanting to be independent no one knows this plan. Until she let's slip one night, and Ryland makes a call to Fletcher Wild.
There is verbal abuse and a scene of domestic violence in this book which is done to Sutton by her ex husband Shane. However it spurs Ryland into action and brings our main leads closer together.
As always Tory has written Ryland like an absolute dream of an alpha male, dirty talking, affectionate and protective. Sutton is no snowflake though, she's hard working, smart, independent and worthy of true love (which Ryland is more than happy to give).
Dual pov writing gives us a better insight into our characters, their arc is beautifully written and the HEA is just the icing on the top.

5/5 stars would definitely recommend, and high recommend you read the entire rowdy Johnson series because you'll be swooning left and right.

Another of the Johnson brothers gets the woman. Ryland Johnson has always been attracted to Sutton Rawlins. He wondered how she ends up with her loser husband and why she stays with him. She seems to be doing everything, and he does nothing. One time he goes too far and puts Sutton in the hospital and Ryland just found out she isn’t married anymore and insists she stay at his place to protect her. It’s because he has strong feelings for her and Mama Johnson knows it too as does all his brothers. It is a close-knit family who take care of themselves and helps those who need it whenever they need it. And after what her ex-husband did to her Sutton needs help. Plus, she admits Ry is not all that hard to look at and she hopes there will be more. And there is, much, much more!
Rylands son takes to “Sutty” as he calls her, like she has always been there and its good for both her and him. She starts to feel better knowing the ex-hubby can’t get to her and begins to heal both physically and mentally. Emotionally she knows Ryland is the man for her and he makes it pretty clear to her that there is no other woman for him.
This is a fast-paced book with lots of fun-loving times and I love the way all the other family members help out and expect nothing in return other than to get well and love our brother/ son with all your heart. Love this series and how Tory keeps bringing all the family members in just like a large family does.

OMG! I loved this book! Ryland is a growly, very protective cowboy and devoted single dad to a very adorable four year old, Case. ( Fair warning….Case will melt your heart). Ryland is wildly attracted and interested in Sutton, the daughter of his mother’s late best friend. Unfortunately, Sutton is married (or so he thinks) and he refuses to make any moves on a married woman. Still, he goes out of his way to help her out if he sees a need to do so, knowing that she is struggling financially. He gives her a ride rather than let her walk in the bitter cold, dressed in clothing not suited for the temperatures. When he finally discovers that Sutton is divorced, Ryland decides he is done waiting. He is going to claim Sutton for his own. Unfortunately, Sutton has become her ex’s prey and is soon in need of more than Ryland’s help.

This book is both sweet and spicy, with a few very intense moments that may cause some tumultuous emotions. It also illustrates the strength of will, determination and protective instincts of the main characters, as well as the feelings and connection developing between them. I would give this book more than five stars, if I could.

I highly recommend this compelling book.

Another addition to the Johnson family, and I keep falling more and more in love with them. They may be nosy and stubborn, but they have hearts of gold and know how to love! Ryland is a single dad working his family ranch, raising his son full time, and dealing with his sons speech delays. He’s loved Sutton from afar for a while now, but as far as he’s aware, she’s married to a deadbeat. Little does he know, she’s trapped in a bad situation, but no longer married. Once he finds that out, all bets are off! Sutton was kind, loving and had a steel backbone but her need for independence had her backed into a corner. This does deal with domestic violence, so trigger warning on that, and there is violence on page. Never between the MC’s, and they help heal each others hearts and physical wounds in the FMC’s case. It was a bit of a slower burn, but the history and connection is really felt because of the scenes leading up to the fireworks moments. Touch her and die vibes, found family, lite breeding, HEA and an epilogue 3 months in the future to tie it all up. Can’t wait for future books and to see Clay find his own love!

Might be my favorite out of all the Rowdy Johnson brother’s stories! Ryland is all kinds of sexy protective, he’s got that single dad thing going on and his kid is literally the most adorable kid ever, and the way Ryland’s family rallies around Sutton, found family heaven that’s totally heart tugging.

This one is definitely the darkest and heaviest in the Rowdy Johnson Brother’s series, but it is so good! I love how strong Sutton is, how Ryland is super protective without being smothering, and all the usual smut crack is definitely right there (I’d consider getting a cowboy just to experience the ride Ryland takes Sutton on). It takes on the abuse that Sutton faces in just a really great way, not hiding anything about what happened or her recovery but it balances it all out with the super supportive found family, Ryland’s utter devotion to her, and little Case’s total obsession with his Sutty, giving you a read that just hits all the right buttons for a sexy small town romance that packs a heart wrenching punch.

This is book number 6 of The Rowdy Johnson Brothers series and focuses on Ryland and Sutton. Ryland is the last Johnson brother without a significant other. He is a single dad who has put his all into making sure his son, Case, is taken care of and happy so he put his dating life on the back burner. He has had his eye on Sutton for a while but he was focused on gaining his footing as a dad and lost out on the opportunity to go after her initially. Sutton had been dragging through life after her mom’s death and made a mistake marrying the wrong man during a time of grief. Once she divorces her ex, things end up going south for her but Ryland is right there to help her pick up the pieces. Ryland was everything that Sutton had wanted and needed in life and Sutton was the same for Ryland. The way that they took care of each other and loved each other fiercely was amazing. This book was 100% worth the wait and definitely did not disappoint! Great story and a great addition to the series.

Ryland Johnson is raising his son Case as a single dad. Luckily, he has a house on his family’s ranch and his parents and siblings help him.

Sutton Rawlins is a waitress at the town’s diner. Her mother and Mrs. Johnson were best friends. When her mother died of cancer, Sutton was grieving when Shane Sullivan came back to town. He was the hometown football hero, but an injury sidelined him. He gave Sutton attention and got her to marry him. It turns out that Shane is lazy and won’t work. He sits around the house drinking and making messes while Sutton works 2 jobs and goes to school. Sutton finally had enough and tricked Shane into signing divorce papers. However, he refuses to leave her family home.

Ryland always liked Sutton but was dealing with Case being dropped on his doorstep and adjusting to fatherhood when Shane swooped in. He only sees Sutton when he takes Case to the diner. Sutton has a soft spot for Case.

These two were meant to be together. Another wonderful story in the series.

Book 6 in the Rowdy Johnson Brothers series features Ryland, his adorable son Case and Sutton. Case is the true star of the book and I am here for it all.

Ryland Johnson is a single dad to Case and that has been his focus for forever. He has had eyes for Sutton for a while now but both their circumstances made his claiming her the way that he wanted pretty much impossible. Ryland still took care of Sutton when he could. Until she lets some info slip and Ryland take it upon himself to find out the truth and see if he can finally claim his woman.

Throughout the story you see how Case and his "Sutty" bond and I loved it so much. The whole Johnson clan always comes through for each other and this was no exception for Ryland and Sutton.

Tory as always writes the best dirty talking, affectionate, and uber protective alpha male. Also can we please talk about the horse back riding scene..... smoking hott!!!!

This is book six of the Rowdy Johnson Brothers series and I’ve been waiting on this one for a while! We’ve been teased since the beginning with Ryland, the sexy single dad and his sweet little boy, Case and we’ve finally gotten his story!

Ryland has done his best to stay away from Sutton, the beautiful waitress at the town diner but it hasn’t been easy. She’s married to a guy that refuses to work and instead, drinks his days away forcing Sutton to work long hours in order to support them. When her husband’s cruelty puts her in the hospital, Ryland finds out too late that things weren’t exactly as they seemed. Is it too late for him to make it up to her for ignoring her?

This is a super steamy second chance at love romance with a strong, independent FMC, a gorgeous, protective cowboy and his adorable little boy who was at least as infatuated with the FMC as his dad was. It’s an amazing read and I loved it; I can’t recommend it highly enough. Grab it today! 5 Stars!!

i read this book as part of an arc program. This was the sixth book in the Rowdy Johnson Brothers series. In this book, Ryland is the last single brother and a single father to Case. Ryland is also in love with Sutton, a waitress at the local diner, but she is married. Sutton got married shortly after her grandmother passed away, and she soon learned her husband was not who she thought he was. Sutton divorced him, but he refused to leave her house and expected her to still support him. Sutton was trying to wait until she was ready to have him evicted, but things got out of hand. Sutton always wished she was with Ryland instead, she adored Case and looked forward to seeing him in the diner. I really liked this book. I think Case stole the show and loved Sutton like she was his alone. Ryland had to learn to share Sutton with Case, but he loved that she loved his son like she was his mother. I think Ryland and Sutton were meant to be together. This was a great end to the great series.

What I liked- Little Case really stole the show. He’s wonderful. When he lay down by Sutton and took that nap, I melted.
The sexytime was hot, and I already mentioned the scene on the horse, but it is was after they dismounted the horse that it got even hotter.
The real strength in this book was the core family. I’d have liked to have seen more of the women, but then, I always look for strong friendships between women.

This book can be read as a stand-alone but is so much better if you read the series. This is truly a second chance romance that has been hinted at in previous stories. The anticcipation and wait were more than worth it. Once again Tory Baker writes a great story without a bunch of fluff.

While the story touches on domestic abuse, it is essential to the story where it takes place. There are some signs with the mental abuse prior to escalation. So it can be skipped over if it is a trigger.

Ryland's son Case about steals the show and is a sweetheart who loves his Sutty. Surprisingly a big event never made the grape vine in the small town along with other suprises. So love when I'm kept guessing!

Definitely a must read that I'd give more than five stars if I could.

Sutton loves the whole extended Johnson family as they were there for her when her mother died but she holds them at arm’s length. She made a huge mistake getting married and is slowly untangling herself from the bum and can’t ask for help.

“Ry only has time for one person and that’s his son Case.” Case is such a sweet boy. He calls Sutton “My Sutty” and that just melts her heart. Ryland sees Sutton’s struggles and tries to assist but because she is married he holds back as well. Yet the ex-husband finally explodes and she ends up in the hospital. This time Ry doesn’t let her push him away and he is there for her recovery. The story is terrific as the two are there for eachother, support eachother and fall in love! These Johnson males are terrific men and the whole series is top notch. 🥰

Omg this book truly is a must read. It's compelling and heartbreaking and captivating and tantalizing and so much more. This is book 6 in the Rowdy Johnson Brothers series and for me the most anticipated book in the series as we finally get Ryland's story. Single Grumpy dad to case whose has stolen our hearts throughout the series and we meet Sutton Rawlins whose been a friend of the family .Sutton has had s hard life and now trying to get her ex out of her house and life for good ,but when things happen can Ryland protect her and keep her safe? Omg this book gwad is just so good and it think I fell for Ryland even more and Case is one who touches your heart.i loved this book and have to say it's my favorite in the series so far. It's a must read!!.

Sutton didn’t have the easiest upbringing and her life since then only become more difficult by the man she married. She has managed to end the marriage but hasn’t been able to extricate him from her life. She works two jobs while she tries to finish school, and the one bright spot is an adorable boy and his protective father.

Ryland has had feelings for Sutton for a while but keeps his distance as he believes she is still married. Finding out that she isn’t changes everything and he isn’t about to let anyone, or anything stand in their way and that includes her ex.

The chemistry between them is intense and it was wonderful to see Sutton finally get the happiness and family she has always deserved.

I loved His to Touch Book 6 of The Rowdy Johnson Brothers. Sutton made one bad decision after her mother died, marrying the wrong man. She’s paid for years but now she’s divorced and just needs to get him out of her house. Ryland knew Sutton was his but she’s married to someone else. He’s shocked to find out they are divorced, no one had any idea. When she’s hurt he steps in and takes over. He’s never letting her go back to that situation and claiming what’s always been his. I loved this story and the characters. It’s a very sweet story but a few parts are hard to read. I would definitely recommend this book and the series.

I’ve been waiting for Ryland’s story and it was so worth the wait! A single dad trying to stay away from Sutton when he believes she’s married even though it’s not a good marriage. Things change pretty quick when he finds out she’s divorced! Poor Sutton can’t get her ex out of her house until everything comes to a head. Ry and Sutton are so good together! This was a heartbreaking but also heartwarming story! Case was just so adorable! This was such an enjoyable story and I very highly recommend the whole series! I absolutely loved this family! This is my honest opinion of this complimentary copy of this book

I seriously love this series!! I definitely read anything Tory Baker writes and this book is why. It’s everything you want and need in a sweet, steamy, and heartwarming story. Ryland is a single dad with a child who you can’t help but love but his heart belongs to Sutton even though she doesn’t know it. Sutton has had it rough losing her mom and marrying a grade A jerk-o-sarus. When she’s finally free and decides to stand up for herself it’s a bittersweet victory but one that proves she’s stronger than she thought and love is more powerful than anything. Loved this book!! The last of the Johnson brother to get his own story. We’ve met Ryland in his siblings stories and we know he’s a single dad to Case an adorable little boy, nobody has interested him except Sutton, his mothers best friends daughter but alas she’s not available as she’s married to a waster and a rather unpleasant man until she’s not, so he will do everything he can to protect her and love her and make her life better like she deserves. All the brothers captured my heart but Ryland was special and little Case is just adorable. Fantastic read with amazing MCs, great family bonds and plenty of heat too. Brilliant series.

When Tory Baker writes a single parent story I know I’m going to be sat! Sutton and Ryland had such strong chemistry and it really didn’t hurt that I was swooning the entire book every time little Case called her “my Sutty.” I loved all the steamy romance between Sutton and Ryland, but I was head over heels for the big family that Sutton now has in her life after a rough start at the beginning of this book. If anyone deserves a happily ever after and the sweetest found family it was Sutton. This was a fantastic read, and I wish I could stay in the little world that the Johnson family exists in forever.

Ok I knew Ryland's book was gonna be awesome and I was right. Tory really outdid herself with it. I knew that Ryland was the strong and silent type, I didn't know that he was as sweet as he is. We got to see another side of him..he wasn't just Case's dad..even though he is a dang good dad!
Sutton is strong and resilient and a total baddie in her own way. Life is hard for her but she doesn't let it keep her down.
Case is adorable!! He was a major character which I liked cause we got to see his interactions with Ryland, Sutton and the whole family. Him calling Sutton,"My Sutty" melted my heart!!

His to Touch is powerful, intense, and so beautiful! I’ve been waiting for Ryland and Sutton’s story, and it is everything I expected and so much more. Single dad Ryland is such a good man—always going for others and putting his son first. I adore how he treats the people in his life, and the way he loves Sutton from afar is nothing compared to the way he loves her once she is free of her ex. Sutton’s been through so much trauma—some off page and some on—and she more than deserves her HEA, and man oh man has author Tory Baker given her a great one! Ryland and Sutton are electric together.

In this book we meet Sutton Rawlins & Ryland Johnson. Ryland beleives that one failed relationship that gave him his beautiful son was enough. That was until he laid eyes on Sutton at that moment he thought he might be willing to try again. After fighting to get her life back Sutton won't let any man get in her way again. The problem is Ryland has the cuttest little boy that he wants to spend more time with not less. Can these two find a HEA or will past hurts make that impossible?

Another amazing hit in this series. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

This was a fantastic single dad romance. It was a really well written story and it had a bit of a more serious storyline as compared to some of the other books in the series, especially the first half. But I really loved it and I especially loved Case, he was just such a sweetheart and I loved that he called Sutton “my Sutty”. Fortunately he didn’t mind having to share her with his daddy because Ryland was exactly what Sutton needed. It was such a wonderful story and I really enjoyed reading it.

This was a sweet and steamy romance that has intense and gripping moments as Ryland and Sutton work their way to a happy ending. The author has brought together wonderful characters that are so worthy of love, and sets them on a course, that, while gritty and intense, is also filled with hot romance and a cute kid ;) Told in dual POVs, with dirty talk and hot chemistry, I loved seeing the determination and protection rise as they bonded together. With little Case stealing the show, though, I was glued to my reader and rooting hard for these three to become a family. Well done!
