Protected by my Grumpy Boss: A Curvy Single Mom Romance

Rate this book
A curvy single mom and her grumpy boss come together in a steamy mountain man, age gap romance.

I’m her new boss.
She’s a single mom who doesn’t have time for a grumpy jerk like me.
HR would say she’s off-limits.
But that doesn’t stop me from forcing her to go on a date with me.
I blame it on my dad… yeah, so I'm a second generation jerk.
But I’m obsessed with her curves and I will do anything to make her mine.
She’s so sweet full of sunshine
She’s young and full of life; I’m old and mad as hell at the world.
She’s too good for me, but I’ll do anything to claim her.

Thomas just purchased the Bottom’s Up dive bar in Lavender Pass and it is a mess. It is losing money and he needs to come up with a plan to flip the company into a profitable business. But there is one person on his mind and this has never happened before with business. He was raised by his father’s crude business teachings and that meant money and business over everything else. But Ashley seem’s different, there is something their pulling at him.
Ashley is a single mother to a cute son, Jamie. She works at the Bottom’s Up dive bar. Place is slow but the up side is she works with her best friends and also single mother’s, Ella and Laura. These 3 ladies help each other out with baby sitting when needed and support. But today is different she is being called by her manager Jack to the new owner’s office. Apparently the bar was sold and they are just finding out now.
The events of this book are a bit of a self reflection on Thomas’ part as he needs to see if he can turn off the business man and show real emotions and caring for other people. Ashley needs to reflect on trusting another man or stay close to the only one that matters, her son. Great story, easy and quick read.
