Adhd is one real and strong symptom without a cure and has a great impact in our lives which makes adhd peoples lives harder then everyone else who dosent have it whoever has Adhd knows but also not everyone knows who has adhd this book lets you figure it out for sure or create a path towards it, not everyone can dig into their heads and be a doctor for yourself i think this book lets you dig into that understanding about your life with adhd and see its impacts shows how to understand them and control them while you cant control everything you can always do something about it, improve and know how to live with it and especially take advantage in it. I recommend this book for people who want to understand and treat their adhd or for people who want to learn about adhd. Its a great book! I really enjoyed this book.

May not really distinguish itself from other works on Adult ADHD, but that doesn’t make it any less helpful or validating.
