I have been writing since sixth grade when an aging and strict Catholic nun saw something in me...beyond my dyslexia. While growing up, I knew I had a love for the arts and self-expression. However, like most young people, I wasn't sure how to apply it or what I wanted to be...knowing only that I was driven by a large dose of curiosity. My first job was in broadcasting as a radio announcer. Later, I became a news writer in Manhattan that led to a management position at a network television affiliate. Driven further, I founded a New York-based brand marketing firm with satellite offices in the US and Panama. Along the way, I wrote and produced scores of marketing campaigns that fueled my interest in writing books, screenplays and producing television programming.

What I learned over those years is that I have and enormous dislike for "sameness" and a never-ending desire to do things "differently"...the quintessential soul of writing and marketing.
