Every time I read Candace Gleave's work I come away satisfied. Her characters are not flat or boring. They come alive on the page. Her dialogue is fun and fresh. She always creates an ending that leave me wanting more.

The quaint setting of a juicy wedding reception, the bride is knocked-up by another man, is called to a halt as crazed Scarecrows enter the scene. An excellent read for Halloween, the middle of the night, or on the pot.
