No Rules is an erotic romance novella set in mid-nineties Oregon. It’s a companion story to book two in the Bridge City Beats series with plenty of humor and spice.

This can be read as a standalone, but it’s recommended to read books one and two first.

Wow what can I say except this was a hot spicy read featuring characters we have met in A Perfect Fit and Stuck In Reverse and the name totally suits this novella. It was a quick easy read full of chemistry set over one night. I adored this one and Kyla and Adam were perfect for each other. The only thing I would have loved to read was an epilogue with just a glimpse of the future between the two even though we read a little bit about them in Stuck In Reverse. An enjoyable read. I received a complementary copy from Booksirens.

This. Book. Is. SO. Fun. This spicy little novella was exactly what I needed to get my smut fix to end my month. I love a well written MMF & this is definitely one of them! It is a standalone, so I have not read the first 2 books, but now they are HIGH on my tbr. This is my first Stephanie Louise book & I did get a little nervous when I saw it was in 3rd person POV, but holy smokes did she kill it! The 3rd person POV was *chef’s kiss* for this story & written so well. She was able to give so much detail & show us different things all at once that really pay off in this spicy novella! I thoroughly enjoyed it & found myself saying “one more chapter” 7 times (there is 7 chapters). All my high spice girlies will loovvveeee this one. The mouth on these men….🥵 Can’t wait to check out more of Stephanie Louise’s work. 🩷

This novella is the perfect thing to tide you over until the next in this series.

I really just love the way Stephanie writes her characters, even in this shorter (lust fueled) format, I’m obsessed with Kyla, Adam, and Zack.

No Rules is a wedding night escapade between Tyler’s bandmates and Charlottes cousin. And I have never wished I was invited to a wedding more lmao. There isn’t much plot but you won’t miss it because despite this being short and smutty, it’s somehow not just mindless f*ckin. (Which I love when the time calls for it!!!)

At some point in the future when this series is finished and I binge read them all in one weekend, this will be the perfect palate cleanser in between the heavier aspects of Bridge City Beats.

Steamy Sandwich

This was a quick hot rock star read that had me turning pages as fast as I could. Kyla’s cousin was marrying the bandmate of Adam and Zach and her night started looking a whole lot more interesting. The guys were known for their love them and leave them act that they seemed to have perfected. Now the shy veterinarian was in their crosshairs.

This was a totally steamy read that pushed the limits and had me devouring this book. I will be going back to read the other books regarding the band.

When your cousin gets married and you are in the wedding and he is a rockstar, who will be the person you walk down the aisle with? Kyla did not make it to the rehearsal because of a vet medical emergency so she had no idea of who she is walking with. She met Adam when she grabbed something from the breakfast spread just before she got dressed for the wedding. Now she has met Adam then Zack. Isn't the saying what happens here stays here?

I picked this book up as it looked good and it's the first I've read by this author and I am so glad I did. It is a short novella about a hook up at a cousin's wedding. Kyla used to be free and try things when she was a teenager but once she started her veterinarian studies, that fell by the wayside, she studied hard. Now she is doing her internship, a bit of freedom sounds great and is tempted by 2 of the groom's band members for a threesome, no strings attached 1 night of fun. Oh! And does she have it, Adam and Zack make sure of it. But as the night progresses things don't go according to plan and as well as some firsts happening for Kyla, there are firsts for Adam as well. How does Adam deal with all these thoughts and feelings he is having towards Kyla?

I enjoyed how it goes from attraction to lust then something deeper starts happening. The 2 main characters have that instant intensity , the chemstry, something that draws them towards each other. Has the player eventually been outplayed?

NO RULES is S C O R C H I N G Rockstar Reading !

Holy scorching freaking hotness Batman!!! What a hotbed of magnetic intimacy this latest release from Author Stephanie Louise is! I loved the first two books in her Bridge City Beats series, and now having read NO RULES, I’m telling you that she has upped the heat ante and given us readers one to blow our dirty minds!

Seriously, my eyes stood out like organ stops! This is not a book to be reading in the work smoko room for fear of workmates catching a glimpse of contents over your shoulder. I work with men, it’s happened, and of course each time their eyes gravitate to the most incendiary group of words on a page followed by a ton of comedic crowing about my reading preferences!!! 👀👀👀👀

This book is pure fire 🔥🔥🔥 And even as short as this novella is, Ms Louise still made room to raise my speculation and hopes as to what book might be coming next and how any relationship will develop. My already heightened sense of anticipation has been sharpened because the chemistry between the characters in NO RULES carried depth and emotions that had our characters questioning their own actions and reactions.

It’s been a wee while since I have licked my lips and greedily looked forward to more of a rock star series to the extent of this one. Rockstar romances have been my first and best love since I discovered the amazing talent of self published Indie Authors over 10 years ago, and when I find a new series like Bridge City Beats, I grab it with both hands.

We’ve already met the promiscuous characters of Adam and Zach in the first two books, hence I highly recommend reading them first. Charlotte’s cousin Kayla rediscovers her daring fearless side and her character fitted perfectly and I’ve love to be reading more of her, but who knows the direction in which Ms Louise is going to take her characters. All I can say in regards to NO RULES is that I loved it. Absolutely loved it. Kyla, Adam and Zach’s one night interlude was everything that one could imagine an evening adventure with two reprobate rockers with reputations such as theirs could be.

It was great to read more of these characters and most certainly carried a different formula from it’s full-length companions. 5-hella-scorching-Stars 🎶💜🎵

Love love LOVED this spicy little Bridge City Beats novella! The character development was very well done and Stephanie Louise BROUGHT THE HEAT. Spicy spicy yum yum. Definitely don't skip this part of the series!
