I read Stephen King's On Writing. Since then, I've been in a continuous state of writing. That book encouraged me to bite the bullet and JUST DO IT as Shia LaBeouf would say. I was born to be a writer and that's all there is to it.
I grew up in a small town in North Carolina. I received my B.S. in Psychology from UNC Charlotte and am currently working on my M.S. in Human Resource Management. I work full-time as well as go to school full-time. I assure you, it's a busy life, but I'm dedicated!
When I'm not crying over finals, I can be found in a coffee shop reading or writing. Sometimes you might even catch me hiking, all dependent on that N.C. humidity though!
Follow me on my journey to publication. Writings from the Restless was published in 2017, and I am currently working on another untitled work that is completed as of May 24, 2018. Stay tuned to find out what happens next with this monstrosity of a novel! I'm talking 100,000 words that I wrote WITHOUT an outline. I'm just as interested as anyone else to see what will happen with it.
