This book will cover basic information that will allow you to decide if you need to take the easy route or curves and hills. So, it took me two years before I read this. Not impressed now. I remember why I didn't read it in 2013. The formatting is atrocious. No easy way to go between chapters...that aren't really there anyway.
It's 2015, and much of the information is pretty dated. Not really surprised that the book has no following. Just not impressed at all.
