Alright, we’re definitely over the speed bump from the weird tie-in issues and back to the main story of Thor trying to rehabilitate his image against the modern day myth makers of big entertainment corporations. Plus there’s a promise of some of the body horror that defined Immortal Hulk, when stony Thor crumbles to bits. I still don’t love the new artist but their sort of manga ish style is growing on me.

Now that Thor has received a massive power-up as the all-father of Asgard, few villains could match him in might, save for the elder gods, like Utgard-Thor. Base villains need to resort to subterfuge like befuddling Thor's wits.

However, what lacks in quality can be remedied with quantity. A team-up of the some of the nastiest villains Dario Agger money can buy could even give Thor pause. Enough pause to give this issue a shattering cliffhanger.
