A potent symbol of the sixties generation, Jim Morrison's early death in 1971 ensured him of a continuing cult following. A friend and film-making associate of the singer, Frank Lisciandro has drawn on his own personal memories and photographic archive to provide an unique pictorial tribute, providing a new insight into the life of a young man whose talent embraced rock music, poetry and experimental film-making.
This is a BAD book. The translation is bad, the writing is bad, the pictures are blurry; eventhough the author took pains with Jim to make him look like a shaman and a doomed poet rendered poor results. It brings nothing juicy nor interesting to the table. Blah!
