Nothing is more entertaining than a story about revenge. Katherine Mudd weaves together two time lines filled with two love stories while we follow Lucille on her journey to avenge her lost family. The characters are all so captivating, and while you may not love them, you won’t be able to stop reading about them. Katherine Mudd’s first novel was excellent and I can only imagine the next creative books we will be seeing from her!

Many books struggle to incorporate one surprise or shocking moment, but Every Day After has quite a few that left me turning the pages faster than any book this year. From captivating love stories to revenge stricken character arcs, Katherine Mudd’s masterpiece kept me engaged the whole time. This book would be great for a book club looking for an exciting read that would lead to great discussions on character development, relationships and differences between laws and morals. I am looking forward to reading more Katherine Mudd originals!

Started this book yesterday on the beach and could not put it down. Finished in less than 24 hours, I was hooked from the start. The winding story of Lucille’s life and pursuit of revenge for her family was so exciting to follow along. A touch of historical fiction on prohibition and Las Vegas also gave me more insight into those times I didn’t have prior which was fun to learn about. Can’t wait to recommend this book to all of my friends!!

LOVE!! And it’s not just because I love the author!! I love a lil’ historical fiction and I liked knowing about some of the major events before learning about how they happened.
